I didn’t stay. I checked in and right back out and she wouldn’t refund me or nothing. She came to the room and witnessed

Everything was terrible especially the room. It was abandoned . I didn’t get the picture showing the lock broke on the door . They wouldn’t refund me just added points after I paid with my debit card for the room

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother in law had a medical emergency and passed away. Before they had her loaded in that ambulance the staff on duty called and chastised my wife and started asking personal questions.
