Love this hotel! Stayed 3 nights and explored so much.The location is incredibly convenient,its walking distance to bus/tram connections.The breakfast each morning was fantastic,with great variety and high quality options - such a nice way to start the day.All the staff was wonderful and helpful.I wanted to extend my deepest thanks to concierge Mariano for going above and beyond to make my daughters 7th birthday truly unforgettable.The surprise treat you arranged was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture - her face lit up with pure joy, and its a moment we'll cherish forever.We are so grateful and will always remember your thoughtfulness.

O atendimento no bar foi muito bom, em especial pelo funcionário de barba (não me recordo o nome dele).
O hotel em si não é ruim, mas está muito longe de ser um 5 estrelas. Acho que seria, no máximo, 4 estrelas. Não achei o quarto bem limpo e a cama era meio desconfiguração no pillow adicional.

What a wonderful find! This boutique hotel was perfect in so many ways. The room was large, updated, and very clean. I had a great view from my window. The staff is very hospitable and what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. The only thing that I would be critical of was the restaurant. It was more of a 4 star restaurant. The waitress gave me the wrong meal and they charged me for breakfast even though I didn’t eat there. But, back to the good stuff: the location is great and I felt very safe. -Shopping all around and you can walk to the Ferris wheel and jump on one of the tour busses there or walk down the hill to more sites. I recommend this cute hotel!
The hotel is very conveniently located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, etc. the room was clean and rather spacious compared to other places I stayed in BXL. The breakfast was ok and the staff friendly.
The mattress was way too soft due to an extra layer that was put on the top, a bit noisy due to the room being exposed to the road. Breakfast can improve, choice is limited.

The Le Louise Hotel Brussels is a good hotel in a great location. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate but not luxurious by any means. Breakfast was very good. Not sure how Accor includes this hotel in their Luxury division along with Raffles and Fairmont.
