Location relative to the airport. Overall friendly staff
Shuttle dervice from the airport was a problem as the phones were not working at the hotel. Several guests were annoyed. This was not the first time there have been issues with the shuttle. It is more of a facility breakdown as opposed to a staff issue. Its just that for passengers who have just completed a long trans Pacific flight waiting for an hour or more to get to the hotel can be frustrating when all you want to do is put your head down on a pillow and go to sleep.

No clear info on how heating /air con worked
Have stayed many times prior to Covid.. avoided staying here for a few years since it seemed to have changed hands and was hard to find info on internet several times and just did to seem up to it's usual standard. Went back in April and it had some renovations, friendly staff, very clean , parking available and close to airport. Will stay there again when we need to fly out of YVR.
Check where your room is...we did not and ended up in a room right on main road off the bridge and was was quite noisy.

We were here in transit. There is not too much I can say. We were just here for one night. The rooms are clean, but very basic. The one really good benefit is it is close to Vancouver Airport (YVR).
It is an older hotel, so things can be dated. Again, we were in transit so it is hard to judge due to the time constraints.
Quiet and restaurant joined to hotel great food
Tv remote didn't work traded in for another that didn't work either decided not to watch TV and room didn't have a bathtub or fresh bottled water in the fridge.
Efficient airport shuttle the times we have used it. Room is basic but clean and suitable for a one night stay. Very convenient having a White Spot restaurant located right next to the lobby. Hotel is a short shuttle ride to the airport. A reasonable price for a hotel close to the airport.
Staff were accommodating. Close to the airport.
The room was a bit cramped and crowded. There was a sports team with teens running around the halls for one night. parking is very confusing and overpriced.
Convenient location to airport
Linen was slightly stained, shower and toilet weren’t very clean either. Tried calling the front desk from the room phone with no luck many times. Found that they only answered when i called the property from my mobile. The window area was grimy too.
