The reception staff were nice. Room was big and good bed
The shuttle drivers were both cranky and unfriendly . The evening driver even complained about “picking people up at the airport “and that he was “sore”
Jasmine, the morning receptionist, was wonderful. She went beyond the call of duty to help me. I hope she gets snapped up to work in a more up-market establishment.
My one dinner at the restaurant was good.
The airport shuttle was useful.
The first room I was allocated (417 I think) was horrible. Most of the window area was blocked out, and the other part looked over a noisy industrial area. When I asked to move, the female afternoon receptionist was unpleasant about it. But the man on reception with her suggested room 323, which was better.

Close to airport with shuttle

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The White Spot restaurant is very easy to access, the entrance is right in the hotel lobby. The shuttle to the airport is quick and convenient. The beds are really comfortable.
There isn't really anything around thd hotel, it's mostly an industrial area with no shopping close by. We were only there overnight and left the next morning, but for folks arriving early in the afternoon, there isn't much close by.
Service was good 👍, clean hotel.
I expected at least 2 water bottles in the roomfor the 2 of us though.
'Had to use tap water to make coffee which i was not comfortable doing.
The proximity to the airport was good, the room was fine, the bed was very comfortable.
Trying to reach someone at the hotel by phone was extremely frustrating. All we heard was recodrded advertising and no one answered the phone. This occurred again once we were in our room, trying to call the front desk. We tried repeatedly and no one ever answered.
We were also disappointed that we were unable to get a meal as we had been travelling for hours and were quite hungry. We had to walk blocks to a MacDonalds - not a choice we would normally make. Having access to an inhouse restaurant would have been much better. The White Spot that is attached was closing and wasn't willing to stay open a little longer. It was about 9:00 pm, so, it wasn't that late.
Shuttle service shuts down at 11:30. We were delayed so didn’t arrive until midnight. When we arrived we requested to be on a shuttle to get us back to the airport and were told they were all full. Would have been nice to book the morning shuttle at the time we booked our room. Thankfully people cancelled and we were able to get a morning shuttle. We booked this hotel as it has a shuttle service.
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable
The parking lot smelled badly of garbage.
Hard to find entrance.
No breakfast.
