Shuttles were very nice. Airport free, cruise port reasonable $. Bed very comfortable. Quiet even though it is on a busy street.
No microwave in the room.Room was pretty small for the price.
Cercano aerop
Que ya no tenia cupo en transfer a aerop
Good location to car drop off
Very noisy aircon & fridge
The shuttle was horrible. We waited a long time at the airport for it to come. When we called they said it would be 25 minutes. It was a lot longer. We waited at the hotel for well over an hour and a half to take the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. Again was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. What a joke! We started around 10:00 a.m. to go to cruise port. We finally got there about 12:30 p.m. We would never use the shuttle service in the future. Suggest getting an Uber instead.
Better shuttle service!
Good place but building is bit old.
Close to airport and its restaurants.
It’s a very comfortable hotel! Very close to airport and subway station. Rooms are okay and the restaurant is not part of the hotel but they open at 6:00 am to 9 pm and for 25 dollars for person you can get a very good breakfast and good cup of coffee.
I wanna mention Anastasiia from front desk! She was very patient with all our questions, very kind, polite and attentive!! Thank you so much!! ✨
Cleanliness too bad , no water available
Airport shuttle❤️
Location is great for the airport and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
It’s a pretty beat up hotel, and hard to get in and out of as there is no car rotary.
Oui le personnel à la réception était excellent,
Le personnel, ils se sont forcé à parler français car mon anglais était pas trop bon donc ils m’ont parlé en français, c’est très apprécié
Good value for the dollar
Seemed to need to ask for simple things like water even tho it was complimentary and staff was a little impatient.
Close to the airport.
All was good.
Good location
Clean and comfortable
All hotels in Vancouver are ridiculously expensive.
I called Best Western the day before our arrival in Vancouver, Canada from Arizona to ask a few questions. The manager, Jasmine, was the one who answered the phone and she was very friendly and extremely helpful patiently answering all my questionsl! We talked for over 15 minutes. I told her when my husband and I arrived at BW, I would love to meet her and she said that would be wonderful. Upon our arrival, I made sure we met one another. She arranged our shuttle pick-up for the next day for our Alaskan cruise. My husband and I were surprised at how good the food was at their restaurant inside the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast there. I highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and had a mini refrigerator. When we were getting ready to leave in the late morning, my husband discovered our luggage tags for our cruise had been removed from his luggage by our airlines. He rushed downstairs to ask Jasmine if she could print the boading passes for our luggage for us. She was very happy to help and gave him a stapler to use. Just before we boarded the shuttle Jasmine walked us out and we hugged goodbye. When we return to Vancouver next summer, I will definitely stop by to see Jasmine. Anyone staying here we will enjoy it. Just tell them Linda from Arizona sent you! Lol!
Nothing.
