Close to airport
Hard to find entrance to hotel
Location to airport
So close to the airport I got there for my flight way to early thinking Vancouver traffic would slow me down as per usual
SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AIRPORT.
NOT CLOSE TO OTHER RESTAURANTS. . Restaurants on the property was okay, but your only choice.n
Location was good, room was clean and comfortable
We specifically chose a hotel near the airport with free shuttle because we were just staying overnight between flights. We could not reach their shuttle or the hotel as there was an issue with their phones. They did not email to say that there was an issue. Our reservation said to use the shuttle phone at the airport to arrange pick up. We ended up having to pay for an Uber, with no discount or other credit for that.
There was a small store on the corner. But the prices were very high for everything
When I first arrived at the hotel to check-in after booking online. I was told I had to pay $20 to park my car overnight. I was never told that on the website and I had already prepaid for the hotel.\n After talking. To the staff for a few minutes, telling them that I already paid through booking.com and was never told anything about parking. They waived the fee my room is on the 3rd floor all the way in the back, and when I arrived in the room, the air conditioner was already turned on, however, the room was very hot. After trying to adjust the temperature and turn the machine on and off again. I went downstairs and tried to explain that the air conditioner was broken. The same woman helped me check-in, was arguing with me and telling me that I had to turn the machine on and wait for the room to cool down. I tried to explain to her that I already saw. The machine turned on and the room was hot. She then pulled out her phone and said that there is a video I need to watch in order to understand how to work the air conditioner in this video, it was her hand lifting the lid to the air conditioner. To show the buttons on where to turn it on off and warmer or colder. But in her video, all she did was lift the lid to expose the buttons. Nothing else and the video ended I told her I already know how to turn on the air conditioner I already know where the buttons are. However, the machine is broken. She did not believe me and told me that I need to go back in my room and wait for it to cool down. I\n Told her no, the air conditioning was already running when I went in the room and the room is hot. So I asked her to contact the maintenance team as soon as the maintenance arrived. He agreed with me and said that it is broken, so he and I went back downstairs to switch rooms they gave me another room that air conditioner also was not working very good.
Room was nice
Location: it was awkward finding the front entrance. Had to drive through an unmarked alley to park car to unload at entrance. Also, clerk at check in was unfriendly (the morning staff were great).
Location and room noise at the back of the building.
zu lsut und zu teuer
The shuttle was great
Being on the #10 trolley to the cruise pier location was great
Access to the White Spot restaurant was wonderful as we were tired and didn't have to travel.
I was able to meet my best friend from HS for breakfast. we graduated in England in 1958. I hadn't seen her for 15 years and she lives in Vancouver.
Proximity of the hotel to the airport for early flights. Hotel shuttle service is also welcome.
Some of the electric wall plug fittings need attention.
The shuttle from the airport took a long time. Meanwhile other hotel shuttles came by several times before the Best Western shuttle. There was no place to get food around the hotel. Neighborhood seemed bad.
Near the airport
Silence
Doesn't smell well
location and restaurant in the hotel
Not too bad a place but watch your pricing. There was a no refund "policy" for Jume, that caused us to pay just under double to book in advance. Staff was friendly but not interested in helping us with the rate usury.
