Pros:

The comfort of the bed and pillows were sooo good. The service of the front desk was excellent and the availability of the airport shuttle operation hours/service was excellent. Did not get the opportunity to try the restaurant however, maybe next time. Would recommend this hotel for value, location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The coffee in the room was not very good.

Very comfortable, clean and exactly what I needed for a short overnight stay.
Pros:

The bed and pillow were so comfortable! Room was very clean with modern amenities. Perfect location for an overnight stay for an early morning flight.

The hotel is close to the airport and provides convenient shuttle service from the hotel to the airport.
Pros:

I stayed with my parents and the room was generally clean and tidy. However, the heater in the room was turned on and we didn’t realize it could be adjusted, so it stayed hot throughout the night.

Needs a lesson in customer service among other things!!
Pros:

Buyer beware!!! Despite a booking error made by one of their staff after two phone calls and a discussion about FIFA hotel costs in June to verify their low price..”our hotel is old so not everyone would want to come here”, the young employee said. I was charged for two rooms for Jan instead of June. Yes the confirmation said Jan and I should of read it immediately but was trusting in his competence. Not. They did not return calls. I had to get Best Western customer relations to contact them. They are also useless. Then an email to me from hotel saying so sorry, not sorry. . No humanity, sense of fairness.
, reason. They have a track record of this among other complaints. Take some time to read the reviews. Maybe. I should feel blessed. The place sounds like a dump.

Pros:

room was clean and very comfortable for our 1 short night stay to catch a very early morning flight

Cons:

on your web site it said there was a 24 hour shuttle but it did not start till 4 am and our flight was at 5:30 We got to the airport at 4:15 which was a little tight for time.
