Overall satisfactory but spoiled by one significant event.
Pros:

Well located to the airport spacious clean comfortable room. There was a reliable shuttle bus provided both ways.

Cons:

That the wake-up call booked for 6.45am was delivered at 2.50am, and that there was no call at 6.45. thankfully we woke again in time to get our bus to our flight. This did not help us with our jetlag !

Reasonable place if just wanting access to airport
Pros:

Close to the airport, they had a good shuttle and the attached restaurant made a good breakfast

Cons:

The place was very dirty and worn. There doesn’t appear to be pride in taking care of the place

Pros:

The mattress were comfy!

Cons:

Blanket stains, there was hair ties on the floor that weren't ours so that tells me the room wasnt cleaned properly. AND WHITE SPOT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I dont know how you ca. Screw up waters so many times! No one likes garbage floating in their water. And no one likes raw eggs!

I booked a room with a bath - there was no bath plug and no one could get me one- so pretty disappointed, as i specifically booked a room to have a bath

The location is great for my destination.
Pros:

Good value, comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

Opening the shower faucet without being sprayed by a cold water first. Recommendation: place the movable shower door by the faucet for easy access of the shower faucet handle. The shuttle reservation can be scheduled early “not a day prior to departure “. Maybe, you can include shuttle reservations thru on line while booking ( just a thought).. for convenience.
