Avoid Vancouver if possible.
Pros:

Quiet, airy, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Desk staff played “Let’s Make a Deal” with 12 or more guests that did not book a seat on shuttle to the cruise pier. Shuttle run on the hour but they added an 11:30 shuttle which meant our 12 noon shuttle was 45 minutes late. The staff could not comprehend our frustration. They called us 2 cabs which cost them $35 canadian. Vancouver is a 💩hole

Pros:

The front desk and cleaning staff were all welcoming and friendly. The front desk gave me a list of many eateries and shops within walking distance. The underground parking and elevator felt secure. The television worked well. I slept well and felt safe.

Cons:

I was surprised to have to pay for parking but glad it was available. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was weak, only pastries were stale donuts. The scrambled eggs and sausage were okay, but I skipped the French fries. There were no napkins. No fruit. I did not see anyone who appeared to be service staff on duty. Maybe it was just a rough day for them.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider qualitativ eher dürftig. Zudem war die Tiefgarage entgegen der auf Booking angegeben Daten kostenpflichtig. Dies muss aber eher durch die Plattform aktualisiert werden.

Clean and well located property but managed by ill equipped staff.
Pros:

Clean and well serviced.

Cons:

Staff is not well trained.The check out was 11 am and I went to the person at main reception and we agreed that I can check out at 11:30 am.And after that, between 11 am and 11:30, we had three people visiting us asking the same question - when are you checking out!!! One of the most frustrating annoying experience I have ever had in a hotel.
