Install handle bars for seniors and put rubber mats on the shower floor.
Our experience was not good because my wife, Aurora Dris fell on the shower stall due to slippery floor and there was no rubber mat that could have prevented any fall. Your shower facilities were unsafe.
Very comfortable bed.
The bathroom was a little dated but clean.
Spacious, quiet and clean
Staff very nice
None
No room cleaning on our first day. Been out all day and when we got back room not touched
It was clean and spacious. Good plentiful breakfast. Staff very helpful, especially Carols who drove the shuttle bus downtown, he gave us great local knowledge.
Location, had to pass through rough Eastern district to get to downtown. Nothing the hotel can do about it but good for patrons to know before they arrive if not familiar with the city.
breakfat met our expectations. shuttle to the cruise port was awesome
I am a coeliac and gluten free breakfast options were reasonably well catered for but could have a wider variety of options
Nothing that I can think of
Reichhaltiges Frühstück,
Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse sehr laut trotz geschlossener Fenster
Welcome upon arrival was decent, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and seemed clean. Bed was comfy.
Conveniently located for the R5 bus to Downtown (pity about some of the sights on the journey though!).
Bizarrely, the food in the restaurant at night (when open!) was excellent - see breakfast comments later!
Room - Bathroom door only opened part way due to hitting toilet! No anti-slip mat for shower. Fridge in room was noisy and woke us up often. Aircon was very noisy. Having a safe in the room is handy, but what's the point if it's just sitting on a shelf and you can pick it up and walk off with it????
Breakfast - what a chaotic joke! They only had bacon on one of the three days we ate breakfast, we regularly had to hunt down a member of staff to ask for cups, there were no teaspoons to stir your sugar into your tea or coffee, everything seemed to be in disarray with no-one checking you in against a guest list, basically a chimps tea party!
Location - whilst we were well aware of the location and distance from Downtown, and I accept it's nothing to do with the hotel, the bus journey was "interesting" due to the area it passes through (I believe it's called the "lower Eastside"?) with what seems like 99% of Vancouvers homeless concentrated along the sidewalks. Whilst I completely sympathise with the vast majority of these people who have fallen on their luck for whatever reasons, it's almost worrying driving through the middle of this area, so if that is something that concerns you, look elsewhere.
Like the sheets and towels and the bed and pillows
The breakfast was a little strange some kind of boiled egg pudding no gluten-free products but generous with lots of space to eat
There was mold on the walls of the shower there was no rubber mat for seniors not to slip
Sauberkeit
Die Lage, dass Frühstück, Lautstärke im Zimmer, Shuttel zur Innenstadt nur möglich, wenn zufällig Platz im Bus ist .
