Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.
Pros:

Hotel is not in the downtown but it's clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. Transit stops outside the door, parking available. If we were going for a while we'd book that hotel. The breakfast was a surprise - it was a hot breakfast with a good frittata.

The previous experiences were good, but this time I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against by the arrogant lady at the front desk. My English is too poor to understand Mrs Mizuki accent English and your reaction and facial expression made me feel disrespected. I firmly doubt about your professionalism as a receptionist!

Disappointing experience for the price
Pros:

The close proximity to the bus stop was convenient. Room was easily accessible by elevator.

Cons:

The "included breakfast" was not well staffed and the area was messy, with dirty dishes left out and tables uncleaned. The food was not restocked regularly. Our toilet was clogged and when we called the desk for assistance, a plunger was dropped off with no offer to wait to see if we could unclog it or offer staff support.
