Good breakfast, luxury modern vibes in the rooms
I wish the bathroom had a fan button
I arrived a few hours earlier than my scheduled check-in time and was able to get into my room at 1 PM. The location was perfect, situated close to the Pacific Coliseum. I was in town for a hockey game and was able to walk to the venue easily. The room was adequate, equipped with a comfortable bed. I slept well. Breakfast was included with the room, which was cool.
The coffee maker in my room did not work and the shower's water-pressure wasn't great.
Location to a function I attended and to a variety of great restaurants
Free breakfast
Sadly under construction
Our view was an alley…
Nous avons eu une suite avec cuisine. Le petit déjeuner était bien garnie. L'hôtel est encore en parti en travaux mais notre chambre était très calme. Le quartier est un peu loin mais calme et il nous a apparu sûr.
Le parking payant.
The Room was clean and comfortable.
The noise, It's right by a busy street and traffic was loud. Also they had drilling and banging outside of our room early in the morning because of renovations. Have to pay for a carpark.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was recently finished and was very clean and comfortable.
Just the shuttle
Dirty with insects in bathroom extremely noisy
Underground parking, breakfast, clean, cleaning staff very friendly
Nothing really
Clean and modern
Nothing. It was great
No milk at breakfast on first day, no bacon either. Major renovations taking place (we were not informed prior to our stay.
Very noisey during day ie hammering and drilling.
View
I like the way the rooms are spacious and clean and I stay at the Atrium every time I go to Vancouver
What I didn’t like this time is when I handed my credit card the lady was saying it was declined which there is no way it should be declined, but that was embarrassing when she said it meanwhile, the card went through after another girl helped her put it through
