Pros:

I loved that it was fresh and newly renovated. Loved the shuttle downtown to Websummit. That was a pleasant surprise. The staff were great for the most part. They also had warm breakfast which had a good selection. They just added in a gym which was great. Finally housekeeping came daily. It was refreshing to come back at the end of the day to a made up room and fresh towels.

Cons:

The bagels could have been fresher.

Was an adequate hotel for a one-night stay before a cruise.
Pros:

Liked the restaurant at the hotel, where we had dinner. Also, a decent breakfast was provided at this location. Great shuttle to Canada Place. Nice area to walk around and explore.

Cons:

There was some refurbishment ongoing which detracted from the hotel’s atmosphere.

Cons:

Parking was terrible. You had to park offsite in a lot next to a rent a car lot. Didn’t feel very safe or secure for the car and me walking at night back to the hotel.

Pros:

Price was very competitive. The room we had was newly upgraded, much better than when I've stayed there in the past. Hot breakfast is above average for hotel breakfasts I've had in Canada. I think the cost / quality ratio is very favourable. Free hourly shuttle to downtown.

Cons:

Not much, really. It met my needs and my budget. I will stay there again.
