Pros:

The room was clean, the staff was helpful. We appreciate how quiet the room was even though we are in the middle of the city. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well.

Cons:

The room was way too hot! The heat in the room would not shut down despite shutting the thermostat off completely. We had to open windows as the room was 25C and it was uncomfortable.

Staff were excellent but I expected more for the price
Pros:

I really liked having access to an EV charger. Thank you!

Cons:

In driving up the ramp to the upper parking my normal height car bottomed out badly on the steel “bump” and I’m concerned it may have been damaged. My room was extremely hot even though I turned the thermostat all the way down. Also, the toilet had not been fully cleaned.
