Pros:

Fast check in, offered snacks at front desk, super comfortable beds

Cons:

I called to see if they offered anything special in the room for birthdays, they said they were going to put a gift basket in the room, but never did! Still a lovely stay though.

Hotel is fine for a 1 or 2 nights for sure, plenty to do and see and would stopover again defo
Pros:

Hotel is in a good location, clean and staff friendly. Parking good and safe. Kamloops is Fine and plenty to do..restaurant's etc . Rooms perfect and bed comfy. Would recommend

Cons:

Breakfast terrible....Go out and get breakfast instead ( Go to 'Hello Toast' ) just down the road ( Walk )
Don't know about dinner at the Hotel - didn't chance it....

Very comfortable with good avocado toast for breakfast

Warm welcome cookie as good as always.
Room and beds clean and comfortable, some nice restaurants within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small.

Pros:

The 'accessible' bathroom grab bars must have been installed by someone with zero knowledge of accessibility. Shampoo container was installed too close to the grab bar for it to be used. Toilet grab bars were inappropriate for the location of the toilet. See pictures.
The shower curtain was 6 inches too short, resulting in water from the shower pooling on the bathroom floor.
Absolutely useless and potentially dangerous.
