Needed a stay in a pinch and it gave more than an inch.
Pros:

It was all awesome. It was the only decent place available as we were driving through during the fires near Vernon and Vernon had just been evacuated so there was nothing. We had tried to stay in salmon arm and nothing. So we continued to Kamloops and there was almost nothing and double tree seemed to be the last best option. I was very grateful and also surprised that it hadn’t been sold out yet as it was a lovely place to stay.

Cons:

If there had been free breakfast it would have been perfect
lol. I was also a little nervous as there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot right near our truck that night but they were pretty subtle about it and thankfully our truck was fine. Also the smoke was terrible and so heavy we could hardly see the lovely view, but obviously that was not your fault in any sense of the word.

Will never stay in Double tree anywhere.
Cons:

Room was cold at night. I informed font desk and they said they turn on the heat in my room ( I didn't know that hotel controls heating and cooling for each individual room). After all these my nights were all cold and miserable and I had to pay for it.
