Efficient, clean, welcoming.
Pros:

Only stayed one night as we were on a road trip. Quick efficient checkin with hot cookies provided on arrival & the were gorgeous!

Decent room with coffee making facilities & a nice bathroom.

Lovely staff.

Poor service to customers on Mountaineer train
Pros:

No bar or restaurant service.
As part if the Mountaineer train journey we arrived at Kamloops at about 9pm. Most people were ready for a snack or meal but unfortunately the restaurant was closed.
We asked about a bar but again told this was closed but there was a liquor store next to the hotel.
Considering that 2 coaches of people arrived at the hotel after the rail tour I believe this lack of refreshments for the large number of hotel customers was disgraceful. This hotel clearly is happy to recieve guests from the Mountaineer train (lots of money) but not will to provide any service.
Very poor indeed.

Loved our view. Beds were very comfortable. And room was very clean.

Not worth the hassel
Pros:

Great location downtown in Kamloops easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

Room service is non existent no one answers the phone and the restaurant at the hotel is understaffed with the food not worth the wait and effort required to get it.
The hotel cannot provide an invoice if booked via booking.com so don’t stay here for work.

Our stay was fine but not convenient for long-distance travelling.
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also loved the warm cookies upon arrival-nice touch.

Cons:

There was no breakfast included nor was there an opportunity to buy breakfast before we left. The restaurant was also not open during the day -only available after 5. We ended up going elsewhere for early supper. Also not happy that they tried to charge extra for parking which was not indicated in our pre-booked reservation through Booking.com.

Hotel was great/ restaurant....not so much.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

The restaurant was a disappointment. I checked their online menu before I booked our room the day before we arrived and the menu had changed, we ate supper there but we were not impressed and didn't even bother trying the breakfast.
