Decent spot for an overnight en route to the Rockies. Comfortable and functional.
Pros:

Good central location, decent gym facilities, comfy beds and spacious room. Warm cookies on arrival was a nice touch.

Horrible
Cons:

Horrible service. Right from reception to restaurant the staff were lying! Refused our complimentary breakfast mentioning kitchen is busy and later lied about it. We requested a call back when a charging spot is free for our car. Never got a call back and later was again lied saying they called.

NEVER expected this service from a Hilton property! Save your money and don’t book.

Abhimanyu professionalism provided reassurance in a chaotic busy reception area.
Pros:

The hotel did not have our booking in their system. After seeing out booking confirmation, Abhimanyu took it upon himself to locate a room and check us in. His professionalism was exceptional.

Nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

Good location. Parking on-site for a fee.
Bright, spacious double queen room for a family of 4.
Reception welcome was good.
Small pool and hot tub on the roof.

Cons:

Restaurant for breakfast: 30 minutes when only 3 other tables were occupied. The chef forgot to put avocado on the avocado toast 🙈. There was little apology when this was highlighted.
Only 2 water bottles for 4 people. Only 3 towels for 4 people.

Totally overpriced, for the services that are being offered

Cons:

Totally overpriced, for being a hotel in Kamloops. Had to pay for parking, but parking facilities for terrible. Service at the restaurant was incredibly slow. AC did not work properly

Short stay - big bill
Pros:

Nice property overall

Cons:

Wayyyyyyyy over priced. On top of charging way too much per night, they drop a $14 per night parking fee! Come on at these prices the hotel needs to eat the parking charges.
