I stay here often because of the location, great staff and ease of check in/parking.
The room we had was overlooking the vent system for the restaurant which was quite load throughout the night.
Great location in downtown, excellent staff, and wonderful view of the harbour
Fan in the heating unit was rather noisy
The room was fantastic! The location is perfect for being by the harbour and proximity to Port Theatre.
It was a bit noisy at night with doors opening and closing and some traffic noises. Plus the fridge kept kicking in and out.
We could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Really don’t care for animals in a hotel.

In the heart of downtown. Waterfront, street market, restaurants all close.
A little confusing parking and accessing the hotel from the parking garage.
Location was great, views from my room were incredible!!!
The room came with the nice view, which we enjoyed. The bed was comfortable. We decided to have breakfast there in the morning, and the waiter did an excellent job with his recommendations. Overall the staff at check-in was helpful.

We thought the hotel restaurant was great. The quality of food and the service. We had a picturesque ‘Juliet room’ with fabulous views of the harbour area. We were on foot but we had easy access to buses ( to bc and hullo ferries ) - we also got the bus to Neck Point and saw Whales (far away but with binoculars). The small ferry boat to Newcastle Island is nearby too. In our opinion a great hotel to say in if you visit Naniamo. If you like beer then visit the Tap Room at ‘The White Sails Brewery’. That is great and again a short walk from the hotel.
Nothing - but away from the Harbour the town of Naniamo isn’t that large. We stayed 3 nights.
