Sehr schönes Hotelerlebnis
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Harbourview bestellt und bekommen. Der Ausblick war umwerfend, das Zimmer sehr groß und alles zur unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service sehr gut.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

L'emplacement tout simplement parfait avec vue sur le port de Nanaimo.
La chambre était spacieuse et dans un etat de propreté impeccable. La literie tres confortable !
Le personnel à la réception, toujours souriant.
Nous sommes arrivés bien avant l'heure du check in pour nous stationner dans le parking de l'hôtel. Quand la réceptionniste a vu que nous avions un bébé elle nous a donné notre chambre avec près de 4h d'avance. Adorable !

Cons:

Rien du tout. Si nous devons retourner à Nanaimo, nous reviendrons définitivement dans cet hôtel !
