Would never book again.
Pros:

Close to downtown

Cons:

Room was not cleaned, fold bed still had old sheets on it, found a cord that didn’t belong to me in my bed, along with a pubic hair- big red one.

Pros:

We were very impressed with the King Waterfront view room. It had its own large balcony. An excellent gift for celebrating Father's Day. We greatly appreciated that the front desk staff were able to have our rooms near each other, on the same floor, for our family vacation.

Cons:

There was only 1 elevator working during a very busy weekend that included a Masonic convention/conference at the hotel as well. The elevator was out of service during our entire stay for a long weekend (Friday to Monday, inclusive).

The room was perfect only the restaurent episode was a downer.

The property was great.
I went downstairs to have diner, and was offered to go eat somewhere else because there was a large group coming for diner and I would have to wait at least a 1/2 hrs to get my meal. First time ever I’m being ask nicely to go eat elsewhere, which I ended up doing. I had a long day, and wasn’t feeling it to go search in town for a restaurant just because yours was more interested in catering the large group than a solo person. This felt like a slap in the face.

That is not secured parking. To have people who are tired and travelling in cars long distances have to unpack their entire car (with no offered assistance) is ridiculous.

Great location and view!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great, as it is very near downtown and has a great view of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable. A little dated, but still current. Parking was a bit of a hassle as you have to take an elevator up from the garage, carry through to the lobby, then up another elevator. But, all in all, it is a nice place and was great for our one-night stay. The A/C unit was a little loud in our room. I appreciate they text you directly and I was able to send a text about needing additional towels, which were delivered within a few minutes.

Excellent view, excellent room. What else can I say?
Pros:

The view from our place was amazing! We had a good view of the entire port. And that was tops! The bed was rather comfy and that main light/reading light combo? Genius. The gym wasn't bad either. And the restaurant had some yummy options. Savannah, the lady that checked us in, was awesome. Give her my best!

Cons:

Honestly... I don't have anything I disliked. It was all good so it's really difficult to find something I didn't like. There's no pool I guess? But that's okay. There was plenty of other stuff to do.
