Pros:

Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable hotel rooms. Very close to the action in Nanaimo, easy walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

Done the job for early morning ferry close by.
Pros:

Location for the BC ferry terminal not far.
Room was basic to be honest.

Cons:

Unfortunately we booked a family room with sofa bed that needed making up by ourselves.
Apparently housekeeping forgot?
But then needed extra Towels Pillows etc etc.

Good short stay.
Pros:

I only stayed 1 night but grew up knowing the area. This property is in a great location for being close to the prettiest walk in Nanaimo around the harbour. There are some homeless people not that far away but if you walk on the water side you are likely to avoid that. If I would recommend getting the water view room here. Its not a fancy place but does the trick as a place to stay for a night.

Cons:

I stayed for one night and didn't notice anything. I have stayed in about 150 hotels and homes in the past few years and also run vacaiton rentals and for what I saw I would recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Hotelerlebnis
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Harbourview bestellt und bekommen. Der Ausblick war umwerfend, das Zimmer sehr groß und alles zur unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service sehr gut.
