Ottima la posizione, letti comodissimi, buona la colazione. La stanza era ampia, così come il bagno, ma doccia e lavabo troppo piccoli e scomodi, considerando lo spazio a disposizione.

Cons:

La climatizzazione della camera era del tutto inadeguata, ci hanno fornito un ventilatore che in parte ha migliorato il confort ma non del tutto. La finestra si poteva aprire ma non era sufficiente a contribuire al raffrescamento, anzi, entrava parecchia umidità. Per di più, di fronte ci sono le finestre di un altro palazzo per cui tenere le tende aperte significava essere visti da fuori. Il bagno (cieco) era sprovvisto ventilazione per cui risultava caldissimo e maleodorante. Inoltre, mancavano la chiave alla porta e lo scopino del wc.

Localização excelente. Funcionários muito prestáveis.

Cons:

Tem parque de estacionamento, mas paga-se uma diária muito cara. PAra um hotel de 4 estrelas, espera-se que seja um tipo de serviço que já esteja incluído. As camas eram desconfortaveis. As casas de banho eram mal organizadas: antigas, grandes mas com uma base de duche muito velha e pequena. Pequeno-almoço fraco.

La ubicación, estando muy cerca de los lugares que tenía que visitar. También tiene una boca del metro en la calle de al lado. La habitación estaba muy limpia

Cons:

No me gustó que sí o sí había que salir de la habitación para ser limpiada. Fueron a hacer la limpieza después de comer, en ese momento yo estaba en siesta

Todo estaba muy bien pero la ubicación , inmejorable!!!

Cons:

Mucho ruido de cierre de puertas de otras habitaciones o de personal de limpieza y clientes… unos portazos tremendos!
El parking del hotel Carísimo…27 euros la noche , me parece una auténtica pasada de caro

El confort de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción

Cons:

Pedí un sandwich de jamón y queso a través del Room Service. Fueron muy atentos y rápidos pero recomendaría hacer el sandwich a la plancha y con un poquito de mantequilla. La cuajada estaba muy rica.
