Very nice, clean hotel in the heart of Bilbao!
Pros:

It is a very nice hotel! Centrally located, close to the subway and within walking distance to all of downtown Bilbao! The staff is courteous and the 2x1 breakfast was a good value to start your day.

Cons:

If I have to say something negative, the only thing was the view to a small central patio, but again- we paid a low price for the room- can’t expect a beautiful view at this price. But we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Bastante bien, muy centrico y limpio. Mejorable en detalles y atenciones.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Limpieza. Camas comodas.

Cons:

Habitacion pequeña para 3 personas con muy poca luz natural.
Pocas luces en la habitacion, en la zona de maletas y espejo, nada.
A penas hay un enchufe cerda de la cama.
Al personal de recepción les falta alegría, una sonrisa, ser más atentos.
Un detalle, explicamos como nos tenian que guardar las maletas porque nos ibamos en diferentes horarios y desde el momento que las dejabamos sabiamos que la chica que nos atendio no se habia enterado de nada, y así fue al recoger las maletas, estaban como quiso ella.

De airco werkt niet goed, waardoor het heel warm was op de 6e verdieping. Gelukkig kon het raam open, maar dan heb je wel last van het lawaar
