Posizione: ottima, perfetta per tutto e in una zona sicura
Personale: molto cordiale
Servizi in camera: ogni giorno trovavo letto rifatto e set di cortesia nuovi; presenti piccolo frigo, cassaforte, macchina per caffè e bollitore per tè/tisana

Cons:

Finestra: al sesto piano la piccola camera singola non aveva una finestra per affacciarsi ma una finestra alta per far entrare luce
Rumore: proveniente dal corridoio, dalla vicine stanze, dalle tubature dei bagni e dalle griglie di aerazione e anche da fuori (nonostante il piano alto)
Grandezza camera: per il prezzo era davvero piccola
Colazione: dovrebbe essere inclusa invece il prezzo extra era davvero alto, in ogni caso io ho optato per farla nei numerosi bar e pasticcerie presenti in zona (squisiti i dolci a Bilbao)
