L’emplacement très centré, dans une rue calme mais vivante (magasins, restaurants, arrêts de métro). Pas de sentiment d’insécurité, même en soirée. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet avec du pain sans gluten et du lait végétal.

Cons:

Les douches sont vétustes. Il manque une poignée dé sécurité et le pommeau de douche est trop haut, pas réglable). Le prix des chambres est élevé, compte tenu du confort, plutôt 3 étoiles que 4.

Pros:

Buffet breakfast was exceptional one of the best we have ever had.

Cons:

Couldn't work the plug in the sink in the bathroom.
You need to provide more tea/coffee/milk in room.
Bathrobes would be a nice addition.

Pros:

Well-located hotel in a lively area with many cafés nearby. We liked the interior garden and that our room faced away from the street, making it quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay, and I wouldn’t mind returning.

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel the standard room is too small for two people. Small details could improve the stay i.e. refilling water and toilet paper in the rooms, and perhaps a toilet brush.

Cons:

The first room we had was not as clean as a 4star hotel should be. We booked a double bed, but had been given two singles pushed together with a topper!! Not what we had booked or paid for .
