Perfekt
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Eiffelturmblick erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The property offers an unusual ambiance and I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a Parisian experience.
Pros:

Room was large for Paris. Different ambience/more like a resort than a city hotel.

Cons:

The lobby is under construction and the restaurant was closed. This was not mentioned in the listing and the rate was not adjusted for the inconvenience. There is a cobblestone driveway through the property that makes navigating with luggage difficult and walking on wet stones and steps is tricky for some. The staff is pleasant but inexperienced and in need of better training. Repeated requests for a tub mat were met with assurances but never fulfilled. For five days wake-up calls were never made.

Comfortable bed and room. Location a bit limiting without walking 40-60 mins or metro
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Lovely welcome. The room was perfect. We were shown to our room by a staff member who took our bags. The room had two single beds which was perfect travelling with my 21 year old daughter. Fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle and even dishwasher and hob. Two mugs but no plates etc. Not that we needed it. Bath was lovely bonus as most places just have a shower.
Staff were very pleasant and their English was very good. Managed to check in early which was great.
Location- not central to main attractions but metro 10 mins walk.
Nice market 5 mins walking and supermarket 2 mins away.

Cons:

There was building work going on which we were not aware of.
We had one bathrobe in the apartment and we asked reception for another one as there were two of us staying there. They said house keeping would bring it to use but we were there two nights and it did not arrive. Also said slippers provided and we asked for these but noting arrived.
It would have been nice if the wellbeing area had been explained as we brought costumes to use the sauna but felt we were not allowed in.

Très bon séjour au calme et dans un joli cadre très bien situé au cœur de Paris

Très bien! De l'espace, des fauteuils confortables, du choix et de la qualité dans le salé comme dans le sucré, des tables disponibles et nettoyées rapidement après le départ des clients précédents, un personnel nombreux et discret mais disponible et bienveillant !
Peut être que quelques salades composées d'endives, de lentilles ou autres seraient les bienvenues car en legumes crus, seulement quelques crudités sont proposées
Mais c'est plus une proposition qu'une remarque !

Cons:

La seule amélioration suggérée est celle citée ci dessus concernant plus de salades à proposer

Pros:

It was in a good area for us and the room was beautifully quiet at night. There is a peaceful courtyard.

Cons:

The staff said they would book us a taxi for the airport but it arrived 20 minutes late which was rather unnerving.

Het hotel met vriendelijk personeel ligt in een leuke omgeving om in Parijs te kunnen verblijven.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De mogelijkheid om in de tuin te kunnen zitten aan de bar.

Cons:

The lift was out of order in the buidling we were in for most of our stay On the one night the electricity went out in our room at 1am - I use a Cpac machine. Upon calling them they quickly reinstated the elctricity in our room
