Despite excellent location, too many small details dissapoint
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Paris. It was nice to walk through the courtyard to get to the room.

Cons:

All of the small details were off here, especially at this price point and in this location. Tacky branded furniture in the courtyard, fake flowers adorning the pergolas, tasteless and uninspired throughout. The room itself was reasonably sized for the price point and location, but again the small details were lacking in elegance and sophistication. A microwave and coffee maker that didn't work, a mini-kitchen but no dishware or utensils, two wine glasses with no wine key, an elevator that stopped working.

Did disappointing , felt like a 3 star at best
Pros:

Garden area was the best feature of the hotel although the outside restaurant and bar was closed on the Sunday

Cons:

Our executive room was poor … looked like a single made into a twin . Only one bedside table an little room on the side of the bed against the window

Great location and pleasant stay, but not quite the luxury or memorable experience the hotel promise
Pros:

It's centrally located. Rooms are all located around a nice courtyard (inner garden), a nice quiet space within the centre of the city. Metros are close by. Nice neighbourhood. Professional service. Room was pretty good and clean. It's a big hotel but you don't feel it due to the courtyard set-up. They have a spa. Nice!

Cons:

It was strangely busy at the small reception when checking in. A bit chaotic. The hotel presents itself as a Luxury hotel, with spacious rooms and luxury. Well the room was good but nothing special and certainly not spacious, at least not the one I was staying in. I was promised an invoice but never received it. I was not able to find the breakfast so have not been able to experience it. All in all, a good stay but hotel can leverage the location and building a bit more to make it a more memorable experience. Now its just another hotel. In summary: A well-located and comfortable hotel with a charming courtyard and professional service, but one that falls short of its luxury positioning and misses opportunities to create a truly memorable guest experience.

Pros:

Jeg fikk en gratis oppgradering. Rommet var stort. Joseph var spesielt hyggelig og hjelpsom. Rent. Komfortabelt.

Cons:

Ikke alltid hyggelig resepsjonister. Det er enkelt å lese kroppspråket om de vil hjelpe deg eller ikke.

Ottima posizione, molto confortevole, staff gentile ed efficiente.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, nel quartiere Le Marais a 100m dalla metro, da cui è facile raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione in una ventina di minuti. La stanza pulita e attrezzata addirittura con una piccola cucina.

Appreciate the location but would never stay again.
Pros:

Great location in the marais

Cons:

Confusing check in. Staff not up to the job. Stayed 20 years ago and it needed renovation then. Tired. Thoughtless amenities. Small kitchen in our room but no plates, cutlery etc - so why bother ?? Also tea bags provided but no kettle ! Ridiculous.

Pros:

It's listed as a 4 star boutique hotel, definitely overrated. Upon arrival, the front desk was significantly understaffed given the large number of guests waiting to check-in (30-45 min per guest). Spotty service in all areas for the most part. For example, It took 3 attempts to get a bucket of ice. In the end we went to the restaurant and got it ourselves. Our room was definitely not what we booked or expected considering we paid for a 4 star room. Upon check- out from our 6th floor room, the only elevator in our wing was broken and there was little in the way of help with bags from bell staff. On the positive side, the location was good. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

Locatie is perfect in het rustige Le Marais. En tussen 2 metrolijnen zodat je makkelijk overal kan komen. Ook dicht bij Place de Vosges.
De airco werkt super en stil.
Ondanks de drukte in de stad was het hotel doodstil.

Cons:

Het douchewater was warm /koud door elkaar heen. Niet te regelen. En badkamer deur sloot niet.

Pros:

Great location. We got an upgrade, which was great and appreciated. Overall was fine, did the job and it was great to have AC while it was so hot. The garden area was also lovely.

Cons:

The building we were in did not reflect 4 stars. Additionally, while this isn't the properties fault, the price on Booking.com was significantly cheaper the day of the reservation, and they (Booking.com) has been extremely difficult with the price adjustment process, which was approved but they are not refunding. To have such a swing in pring ($500+) makes it difficult to trust as I'd rather have booked through the hotel and then would've gotten perks.

A lovely hotel, quiet and enjoyable, a really nice place to stay
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, we had an excellent room that was very comfortable, it was quiet and we slept really well. Even though we were immediately above the breakfast room we could not hear any noise from the busy restaurant area. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and when we needed something extra in the room it was delivered quickly.

Cons:

Dinner service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the food was very good and worth the wait. there was a small shortage of accessories in the room, for example there was no corkscrew although we were given 2 bottles of wine. When we phoned for a corkscrew it was delivered quickly, although he wanted to wait and take it away again, so we had to open both bottles immediately.
