Fila enorme no check in dúvida a festa de réveillon.

Ar condicionado não estava suficiente no lonby. Funcionários passando muito calor.

Funcionário não sabia nada sobre horários de início do sunset e da festa.

Meu cartão chave não funcionou.. subi sozinha no elevador e percebi da pior maneira possível que meu cartão não obedecia aos comandos . Fiquei " solta" no elevador até que outro hóspede por coincidência estava indo ao meu andar. Quando cheguei no apartamento, a chave não abria.

Subi para o andar da piscina e não havia toalhas disponíveis. Pedi para 3 funcionários diferentes. Fui informada que deveria me dirigir ao responsável pelo evento, sr Fabrício que disse que não haveria toalhas pois as 17 horas a piscina estava encerrada e sugeriu que eu me dirigisse molhada ao apartamento.

Após insistir muito e solicitar via WhatsApp, uma toalha foi entregue.

No check out ,minha ficha foi perdida e a funcionária não localizou a.minha pré reserva. Meu check-out demorou 40 minutos.

Not at the level expected
Pros:

Not at all at the level for a Marriott BONVOY hotel
At the contrary of their web site details this hotel does not provide an Excecutive Lounge service. It is closed and while opened it will not provide service for PLATINIUM and above members as proposed in all countries in the world
It it not at all at the level it should be for the price they charge
Unacceptable for a Marriott BONVOY 5 stars hotel
