Not the best experience with the bugs and cleanliness
Pros:

It was close to wedding venue

Cons:

It has bugs all over in the room on the window curtains and in the bathroom. We showed up 5 minutes before 3pm check in and the staff didn’t even think our room was ready and they charged us $25 for early check in even though by the time we checked in and in our room it was 3pm. It smelled very musty and was not very clean.

Pros:

There is much to like at this hotel! Above and beyond 5 stars goes to the Assistant Manager. I am in a wheelchair and she was most helpful and kindly courteous. I spoke with her on the phone during the week. Then when I arrived she was really concerned for me, which is a true mark of a quality customer service person and beyond that, a quality person. I think her name was Bri? I should have written it down. Even though I only know her title, I wish to see her recognized for outstanding service. I hope you will honor her, and on my behalf, thank her for me.

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin. Wedding guests everywhere and I thought if I can hear them they can hear me. For the price of the room, it ought to be a bit better sound proofed. I would give the breakfast a 3.5 of 5 stars. Not a big selection but everything was fresh and tasted good.

Our Grandstay was GRAND!
Pros:

Such a welcoming atmosphere at this hotel! From booking to our departure, we could not be more satisfied. I usually call the hotel directly for reservations and knew after that conversation that this was a good choice! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Beth, the general manager. We asked for a quiet room as I am not a good sleeper. Accommodations were made........had a very sleep. Hotel very clean. Pool area very well maintained. All staff friendly and we are planning our next stay there soon!
Again, it is the People Factor that make the experience and Beth Floding and her staff do just that! Sincerely , Deb Winn

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Happy that the hotel was pet friendly. The front desk person personally came to our room to help get our heater working (had to be reset).

Cons:

The shampoo ran out. Also the heater wasn't working at first, but that was resolved nicely as stated above. Had to wait for clean pool towels, but got some fresh from being laundered and folded, so that also was happily resolved.

We would stay here again! Great price, clean, comfortable!
Pros:

The pool was so warm and the beds incredibly comfy!

Cons:

I could tell most things have been recently updated, but the shower/tub wasn’t. Water pressure was kind of poor and the tub drain was super slow.
