Just adequate.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and adequate.

Cons:

The parking lot is full of potholes, the elevator area is worn and dirty, there was pink mold in the showrr, the desk chair seat wobbly and the tv limited. Your You Tube doesn't allow viewing by guests and your live channel selection is very poor. Also the room door very hard to open and close and the bathroom door hinges need oiling.

Frustrating trying to get to the property with roadwork ongoing. Elevators were very dirty. Carpets were disgusting.

If I knew if was going to be that bad I wouldn’t have booked.

The staff were very nice

Cons:

There was a guy on a bench in the parking lot smoking crack right outside the hotel when he got there. We did not leave the hotel or the room after dark because there were so many drug attics around. My daughters say a grown man’s bare rear in the hall when we arrived this really set the tone for locking ourselves in the room with the chairs against the door for the night. There was alarming banging and yelling in the hall at night. Probably just people minding their own business enjoying themselves but it was hard to sleep because I left on guard all night. Worst stay at a hotel, I think I booked the wrong location to be honest, we just wanted to be close to Science North. It was one night on our way home from camping.

Wonderful Staff and Excellent Value for the Cost
Pros:

Wonderful staff - so kind and helpful. We had a few niche questions and they were so willing to go the extra mile. The room was perfect and we appreciated the breakfast.

Vieux et désuet
Pros:

Cons:

Peu de choix, grille-pain défectueux, machine pour les crêpes défectueux. L’environnement: des itinérants qui rôdaient autour de l’établissement nous laissaient craindre pour notre sécurité .

Très bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre très spacieuse avec grande cuisine. Les lits confortables. L’emplacement proche du centre et de restaurants

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : pas assez de place pour accueillir tout le monde. Nous avons emmené la nourriture du buffet dans notre chambre ( qui disposait d’une grande table ) mais pas très pratique.
