We would stay here again because we appreciated the facility and staff and like the attached Indian restaurant!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunate fact is that the Sudbury downtown core has some real challenges with unhoused individuals and those in mental health crisis or addiction or both. Cannot not see this surrounding the hotel.

Is this a scam?
Pros:

The room was clean, and with updated amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk.

Cons:

One of the reasons for selecting this hotel was that it has an EV charger. We are travelling across the country in our EV so thought that would be very convenient. We plugged the car in at one of 2 empty ports at 2052 the night of our arrival; charging was finished at 0253, and we unplugged the car when we left the hotel at 0800, the other port still being unused. Later that AM we received a bill for $180! We were charged $29.31 for electricity (+ tax) and $130 for "idle time" (including tax). This is a SCAM! I called ChargeLab (apparently the owner of the station) who said that the rates are set by the hotel. I then called the hotel manager who said that the rates are set by ChargeLab! So I have had no explanation from either of them. I have concluded that this is a cosy little scheme to defraud the travelling public - at least those with EVs. My advice: do not use this charging station. And, as a guest, do not expect this hotel to look after your interests.

Ok pour dormir

Bruyant à cause du loundge
Tv pas facile à contrôler
Déjeuner trop tard, pas bénéficié du déjeuner inclus car nous devions partir vers 6h45am
Nous avons dû traverser la ville pour accéder autoroute.
La borne de recharge était très dispendieuse

Pros:

Das Restaurant im Hotel war super, Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert, Einrichtung des Zimmer war gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer konnte nicht gelüftet werden, da das Fenster war mit Holz verschraubt war.
Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.
