Some good some bad
Pros:

European charm. Good location for seeing attractions.

Cons:

Extremely small room. Not many plugs. None in bathroom. No extra pillows. No cover sheets only comforters. Apparently the Swiss custom.

Hat uns gut gefallen. Könnten das Motorrad gleich gegenüber in der Parkgarage anstellen. Habe sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Amazing location. Walking distance from all the main sights and shops. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. We arrived prior to check in so left our luggage there. By the time we got back to check in, our luggage was already in our rooms. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, exceptional room size, shower hot water not good at all, amazing and attentive staff.
Pros:

Location was brilliant, exceptionally high room with lots of storage, breakfast delivered to your door each morning, amazing friendly, attentive and responsive staff to any request you have.

Cons:

No ability to have a hot shower for two nights. Whilst the staff were incredibly responsive trying to resolve the issue, the problem remained and my partner was unable to shower on one night and myself the next.

The hotel was the most expensive of the five we have booked on this vacation and the most disappoint
Pros:

The location was great, the balcony was a great feature, the a/c worked very well.

Cons:

The breakfast had poor variety, the breakfast location and ice location was a long way from the room, instructions for the safe were missing.
