地点非常好 去码头坐船坐公交车都很近 楼下就是超市 房间空间很大 适合家庭游 非常干净整洁 还有自助早餐 而且推开窗户就能看见雪山 太完美了

Cons:

Ouderwetse kamer waarbij de lichtknoppen nog antiek zijn. Luzern is enorm duur ook om te eten.

A central location with helpful staff
Pros:

It is located in a central location in town. It is an older building with its own charm. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Coffee and tea facilities were available at the reception area. Breakfast was shared at the hotel next door. It was a great place to explore beautiful Lucerne from.

Cons:

An air conditioner would have been appreciated as it was quite warm for May. It looks like a new one was being installed

Pros:

The lighting was confusing. To turn lights on all lighting had to be on. When the lighting was turned off all lights were out.
Not enough plug ins. Only one was available and when you turned off the lights the plug was off also

Cons:

Lighting situation and more plug ins.
Help was great and location was excellent. Just needed an upgrade T o today’s standards.
