Good stay
Pros:

The location is a 10-12 minute walk from Lucerne station. There are lots of food options and a Migros supermarket at walking distance.
The rooms are decent sized with comfortable beds and small balconies. The daily buffet breakfast was nice (though same options every day). They also allow guests to eat takeaway lunch/dinner in the breakfast area. One feedback is that the front office staff can be more helpful and conversational. Overall i will give it a 3-star.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bellissimo terrazzo. Posizione centrale per visitare il centro di Lucerna a piedi. Prezzi in linea con quanto richiesto. Comodo parcheggio vicino.

Overall Lucerne was great. Hotel average although staff great.
Pros:

Easy walk to downtown. Hotel offered tourist info in English. Discount coupon on transportation.
Breakfast was good.
