A lovely time in Lucerne
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The location was good within walking distance of the main railway station and bars and restaurants along the lake side.

Cons:

The room itself was a little dated.

Um dia por Luzern.
Pros:

Localização muito próxima do centro histórico.
A 10 minutos a pé da estação central de Luzern.
Pequeno almoço.
O hotel dispõe de uma máquina de café grátis na recepção.

Pros:

La ubicación espectacular

Cons:

No se hace el aseo a diario en las habitaciones, solo se hace la cama pero nada de aseo, ni siquiera barren o trapean el suelo de la pieza durante la estadía, reitero en que se limitan netamente a hacer la cama (doblar un solo plumón), algo que me parece insuficiente en un hotel.
El desayuno bastante regular, poca variedad.
