Pros:

The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and polite!

Cons:

The rooms were dusty, everywhere. You can tell the workers are not dusting or really cleaning the rooms.

Amazing evening at check-in
Pros:

I’ve been too many Marriotts and have sat in different lounges I was very impressed with the food options and the atmosphere was great the attendant was amazing. Customer service had a great time we’ll be coming back.

Marriott M Club Lounge - One of the best in USA because of Barbara
Pros:

Been at the lounge 2 days in a row. Stocked AND managed super well and an enjoyable experience thanks to their host Barbara. I stayed 137 nights last year at Marriott brands and this is definitely one of the best within the Marriott Brand in the US. And the experience is made or broken by its host. Barbara is awesome

My stay was relaxing and complete.
Pros:

The hotel staff was excellent. We had a light dinner and drinks at the restaurant which were pleasing and the waitress and bartender were exceptional. The front desk staff were more than helpful and accommodating with hiccups that occurred as a result of the snow storm changing our travel plans. I’d definitely stay here again

Horrible
Cons:

Bathroom very small, iron messed up my husband's white shirt and the iron didnt have a dial ending. Blow dryer 1 option, toiletries given smells terrible. The couch had crumbs inside from past guest. Noise every night until 5 am with kids running and playing in the hallways. Ice maker didnt work. No microwave in the room, and fire alarm system was alerted with no cause! Lastly, shortage of towels that had to be requested.
