Clean. Close to airport.
Neighbors next door were up till 2:30 in morning. I heard all laughs and partying. I had to leave for flight at 5 a m. I had absolutely NO rest. Very very poor.
The breakfast was awful

I enjoyed the balcony and the couch in the room. It also had a lot of storage space.
There was no hot water during my stay. They couldn’t accommodate and did not have anyone to fix it on staff. That is not something that can wait. The staff was friendly enough, but my issue was never resolved. The hallway also reeked of cigarette and recreational smoke.
Good place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. Very close to airport.
Staff could have been more personable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and renovated. The lobby and hallways were very worn and needed to be updated.
Staying in hotels is in my DNA, so I really value a place that focuses on the experience rather than just the room. This Courtyard really impressed me—the price is more than reasonable (around $100 or so), and they clearly care about the guest experience.
The staff here is the real highlight. A huge thank you to Autumn, Olivia, and Shay at the front desk for being so welcoming and keeping me informed on everything from shuttle ETAs to the upcoming renovations. The shuttle was perfectly on time, and Marvin was a great driver who made the morning trip to the airport a breeze.
The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the heater actually works! A major plus: the in-room fridge is a high-quality upgrade that actually keeps things cold, unlike the standard "coolers" you find elsewhere. My room didn't have a microwave, but I believe you can request one as I saw them in other rooms. Even the gym, while on the smaller side, is very decent and well-equipped with treadmills, free weights, and a TV and a water station.
The location is convenient, right across from Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Glory Days Sport Bar (great burgers!), plus several nail salons are just a short Uber ride away. Between the cozy lobby fireplace and the outdoor patio, the atmosphere is great. Don't miss the 5:30 PM happy hour! I’ll definitely be back.
A poor renovation of an old hotel. The bed was particularly terrible.

Staff and location
Manager Orlando and Autumn were wonderful. There was a problem with our reservations and they worked hard to figure things out for us. Excellent staff!!
Everything
Only one working ice machine downstairs, and I was on the 2nd floor. I had to change rooms, because TV in initial room didn't work. Also no microwave in itial room. They moved me without hesitation.
