Cons:

Only one working ice machine downstairs, and I was on the 2nd floor. I had to change rooms, because TV in initial room didn't work. Also no microwave in itial room. They moved me without hesitation.

Pros:

I've stayed at this location many times for work, and I must say, the rooms are always VERY CLEAN, quiet and cozy! The parking this time around was a little tight, due to it being so busy. However, the staff at the front desk has ALWAYS displayed exceptional customer service.

Thank you to everyone at the Courtyard BWI for always making me feel welcomed!
