Disappointed
Pros:

Pretty disappointing stay. Think hyatt place or hilton garden inn for a comparable hotel. Of all the Lucerne hotels, we pick the one that has a fire 2 days before we get there. So now you have construction all over and ozone machines throughout trying to get rid of smoke smell. Would have been a nice gesture to let us know before we arrived and we could decide if we still wanted to stay there. Fairly loud rooms with people walking around above us and slamming doors in hallways. Otherwise, location decent and staff nice.

Próximo à estação e confortável
Pros:

O hotel fica muito perto da estação de trem, podendo chegar e sair a pé. O hotel disponibiliza guarda da bagagem e o café da manhã é bastante farto. O restaurante dá pro fundo de um parque muito agradável. Cama confortável e banheiro com tamanho bom e chuveiro potente.

Cons:

Como meu quarto era single, ele ficou bem no fim do corredor do andar, havendo alguns lances de escada para alcançar. Com mala, isso se torna mais difícil, mas eu tive auxílio de funcionários do hotel tanto na chegada quanto na saída.

Perfect starting point for visiting Luzern!
Pros:

Excellent location near the old town and KKL. Very good starting point for visiting Luzern and in walking distance from the train station. Garage available but will not be reserved. So first come first serve. Nice restaurant associated with the hotel (Bellini).

Cons:

The breakfast is only average.

Awesome for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, however they don't have more than one triple room on the same floor but overall the hotel experience was very nice, the staff were welcoming, very attentive and helpful in giving us information about attractions to see in Luzern. We liked the environment of the breakfast and the variety of food for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was just next to the central train station, few minutes, once you get out from the side exit you will see the sign board right away across the street. There are many nearby restaurants to dine out or take away.

Service above the norm
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Front desk was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I gave her a hand made thank you card to express my gratitude. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, perfect location near the center of everything you'd want to walk to, and kind staff. Accommodations in Lucerne in general are expensive, but this was the best option for price, location, hotel condition and still had AC. We really enjoyed our stay here.

離車站超級近，房間乾淨，房間很大，可以打開行李，服務人員很熱心， 會給城市卡， 可以搭公車與博物館減價，早到與 離開後都可以寄放行李，若是早到寄放行李，會主動把行李送到房間，床很大，推薦要來琉森的人
