Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, perfect location near the center of everything you'd want to walk to, and kind staff. Accommodations in Lucerne in general are expensive, but this was the best option for price, location, hotel condition and still had AC. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the Main Train station; easy access to many touristic sites.
The hotel and room were nice and clean, BF was sufficient.

Lovely Large Corporate Hotel
Pros:

Good location. Easy access to the trams which run all the time. In about five minutes, you can be in the middle of town. Really enjoyed the cartoon museum. They had a fascinating exhibition. The hotel is large, bright and clean with very fun and excellent artwork all around the building. Our room was quite compact, but very clean and nicely appointed with space saving design features. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was very nice. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Modern clean hotel with great location
Pros:

Great location , can explore the city easily.
Hotel modern and peaceful , air con in rooms, we had a family room which was two adjoining rooms. All clean and well presented.
Lovely breakfast and restaurant paired with hotel was good quality and recoeved 10% off for staying at hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Kids play park right outside . Recommended!

Great Experience at Hotel Continental Park
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental Park during our Switzerland trip. The rooms were lovely, the staff was very helpful providing information when we asked and the location could not be beat! Close to the train station, local parks, the beach old town, the river. And importantly, as we visited during the heat wave, the air conditioning kept us nice and cool! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely 4-night stay at this nice hotel. I cannot fault the location as it is right next to the main train station and within easy walking distance to the places of interests. We visited Zurich, Interlaken and Mount Rigi while staying here and transport was very easy.
We were a family of 3 adults and stayed at a Triple Room. With the extra single bed, there wasn't much room space when all our suitcases are laid out, but we managed alright. There was a lift to access our floor, but to access our room, we had to go through extra steps and doors, which was a bit of a hassle with the luggage.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't try the breakfast, but we had dinner at the Bellini Locanda Ticinese. Food was amazing, and we got excellent table service from Ahmed.

Lovely Lucerne - our welcome to Switzerland
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but a little dark. Great location. Good breakfast. A nice place to stay. We would suggest to others.

Best hotel near the train station - modern, beautiful, friendly
Pros:

This fourth generation family run hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Steps from Lucerne’s main train station, modern renovations, great design taste and functional complete with coffee machines and AC. Excellent value for money. Would come back!

Boa. Hotel bem localizado.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita para quem chega de trem, é ao lado da estação. O hotel é bem bonito, o café da manhã é bem bom.

Cons:

O atendimento de algumas moças na recepção não foi bom. Dependendo de com quem você conversava, o atendimento era muito diferente: de extremamente simpático a te ignorar por completo… Isto não é bom para viajantes que não são da cidade ou do país; ainda bem que falamos inglês e francês, pois as não simpáticas não faziam questão de entender os estrangeiros... péssimo....
