Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre perfekte Lage, die es ermöglicht, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Zudem trägt das ausserordentlich nette und hilfsbereite Personal wesentlich dazu bei, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Freundlichkeit und Professionalität stehen hier klar im Vordergrund, was den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm macht.
Die Wände wirkten dünn, sodass die Geräusche aus den angrenzenden Zimmern und dem Flur deutlich wahrnehmbar waren.
Front office staff were excellent in check in. Everyone we spoke to was professional and made us feel welcome. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was perfectly clean.
Would have liked larger cups in the room for tea, however, when we asked the staff got us some from the restaurant.
Television channels were not good. the English channels were all set to news channels with no other entertainment available. TV programs were all in German or Italian.

The EV charging uses a 3rd party app which made recharge impossible because the app did not accept any of my cards; that is however not hotel’s fault, but maybe something can be done about that.
Nice restaurant. Ideally located for walking and access to public transport. Staff very helpful and nice.
Room was difficult for our suitcases (we were travelling for 3 weeks), it would have been fine for one case.
Very friendly check in , the room very comfortable and stylish. This was a quick stop for us but if we come back to Lucerne we would stay longer
Be comfortable seeing your partner go to the toilet with a large window into the bathroom from the main room but for most this may not be an issue.
Room was clean, and very near the train station about 5 to 10 mins away. Very near a coop for quick grocery runs and the place had a nice smell from being well maintained.
No microwave to heat cold food, but i think that is common to hotels in switzlernad

Ruime kamer en mooie badkamer.
Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum en vlakbij het station. Vriendelijk personeel. Elisa heeft ons heel fijn geholpen toen we medische hulp (ambulance) nodig hadden. Dit was op de ochtend van vertrek en onze check out werd zonder kosten verlengd . Heel fijn.
Excellent accueil, chambre très bien rénovée et équipée, propre, donnant sur le parc, emplacement à 20m de la gare, très pratique. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner, personnel arrangeant.
A la réservation, j'avais l'impression qu'il y avait plus d'infrastructures pour les vélos (atelier, réparation, parking à part pour les vélos) alors que ce n'était que pour des vélos de location. J'ai pu tout de même parquer le mien en sécurité dans le garage.
