Hotel Continental Park

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff did a tremendous job. The room and bathroom were attractive, clean, and comfortable. And the air conditioning worked well during a severe heat wave. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the lake, bus/train stations, and restaurants and shops.

What a fabulous hotel! The room was clean and the decor is very modern. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with train tickets to the Zurich airport. The location is also wonderful. Hotel Continental is not in the crowded touristy areas near the historic brides, but is a very short walk to the area. When I compared prices for hotels, I found the cost of places to stay by the "popular area" were so much more and not as great as what Hotel Continental had to offer. The area around the hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a great pizza place called Besties around the corner. The train station is across the street which was very convenient for our departure. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff,clean,location,next to a beautiful park where you can dine or drink. Children can play if you have any.A little known secret is if you’re air conditioning is not cool enough ask the front desk for a fan. it will make all the difference. Also only a 10 minute walk from the docks and the center of the old town

Continental Park Hotel is located about vijf minutes walk from the railway station.
The room was quiet, comfortable with a lovely bathroom and good mattressen.
Breakfast was super. The personnel was extremely helpful, kind and communicative. Check-in and out was quick and although we arrived after 22.00 hours (the hotel restaurant was closed) the receptionist found a restaurant in the neighbourhood where we could have a bite before going to bed.
We really appreciated the help we were given after we noticed that my husband had forgotten his electric razor.

Front desk clerks were super helpful with information on trains and locations around Lucerne. Very friendly. Breakfast host was also very friendly and welcoming.

The location is perfect for train station and most of the activities. The staffs were friendly and the room was comfortable.

Our three-night stay at the Continental Park in Lucerne was perfect. We loved the hotel--our room, the location, the atmosphere and the front-desk service. The hotel's restaurant, Bellini, was excellent. A great experience!

Location by train station was great. Restaurant served outside in the park and was delightful. Also served a good buffet breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel Continental Park in Lucerne is a very nice hotel. The location very near the train station and near to the old town is very convenient. We were able to walk to the river within a few minutes to enjoy the views and the restaurants.

The room we had was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff were wonderful.

Very occasionally, you come across a hotel where everything simply feels right — and this is definitely one of them.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, almost directly next to the train station, just a five-minute walk from the city centre, and wonderfully quiet thanks to its position alongside a beautiful park. Location: 5 stars.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly and checked in quickly. Our rooms were not quite ready yet, but our luggage was safely stored and later delivered directly to our rooms. Check-in: 5 stars.

In the evening, we had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were cheerful, attentive, and seemed to know exactly when service was needed. Although not everyone spoke perfect English, we were helped with genuine friendliness and a big smile. And the food gave us plenty to smile about as well: beautifully presented dishes with excellent flavours. Restaurant: 5 stars.

We stayed on the fifth floor. The rooms are modern while still retaining a touch of classic elegance, which I personally appreciate. Finding the shower controls requires a moment of exploration, as you have to press what feels like an almost invisible button. The rooms were spotless and equipped with everything you might need. If I had one small suggestion, it would be a slightly larger television for guests who like to make use of it. Room: 5 stars.

Conclusion: a superb location, beautiful and immaculate rooms, excellent food, and outstanding service. A hotel I would happily recommend and visit again.
