Pros:

The complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules were really nice, and they were replaced every day. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

Forse vale la pena dormire qui anche per visitare Vienna
Pros:

Tutto è stato eccellente fin dal check-in. Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione dell'albergo ottima, a due passi dal centro, colazione ampia, buona e con tanta varietà. La stanza era stata rinnovata di recente, ed era molto confortevole.
Tutta la struttura, come la città, era molto pulita e curata.

I totally recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Everyday they made our room even if we left late and they put an extra 2 free bottles of water (every day!). Bed and pillows very comfortable. Spacious and quiet room with city view. Nice new bathroom with bath. There was a thermostat to change the room temperature.
Nice mat on the floor. Free teas . Check-out at 12, which was great. We didn't have breakfast so can't rate the food. Staff at the reception very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Bath a bit dangerous, you just needed to be careful. But loved it anyway.

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, the location, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the breakfast, delicious and fresh and the friendly staff. Especially the receptionist was very helpful, extending our checkout time by giving us the option to become members of the hotel group. We would definitely return, Bratislava is such a beautiful and walkable city!

Cons:

It’s a shame there is no sauna nor swimming pool as some old photos indicate.

Pros:

The position, very clean room, the bed and the silence always any time, especially at Night

Cons:

Only the sink was too far from me while standing for shaving face so i had to bend over all the times in order to clean the blade…a bit of backache…

The rest was perfect
