Leaves something to be desired.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and neat.

Cons:

Shower rod was falling off. Ice machine was not working. Small bugs on the countertop in the bathroom .

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig für ein Motel, daher OK

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht wie auf den Bildern. Sie erhalten Waffeln, Wurst und Saft. Aber ansonsten nur alte KornFlakes. Keine Beagels oder andere Speisen. Sehr dürftige Auswahl... Wer Frühstück will bringt alles selber mit und genießt den kostenlosen Kaffee

Pros:

Good location. Beds were comfy enough.

Cons:

Decor was sad and dismal. Rooms were dark and couldn't.open up drapes for light cuz window opens up to people walking right past. Needs sheers between window and blackout curtains. Breakfast? American hotel breakfast is not as good as European hotel breakfasts to start with but this was really sad. Ist day...waffles, sausage, yogurt and Fruit Loops for choice. 2nd day..no.milk, no syrup, no oj, no bread...just waffles, yogurt and sausage. Staff was slow and barely present.

Better room condition and appearance given prior ratings that we read.
Pros:

Cleanliness was better than anticipated. Room has been updated by appearance in the last?? couple of years.

Cons:

Exterior and landscaping away from the front are a little lower in appearance. Guests had tossed cigarette butts on ground. A bit uncomfortable with image of one person sitting on the steps being given a hair cut by another guest, and some other things.
