Better room condition and appearance given prior ratings that we read.
Pros:

Cleanliness was better than anticipated. Room has been updated by appearance in the last?? couple of years.

Cons:

Exterior and landscaping away from the front are a little lower in appearance. Guests had tossed cigarette butts on ground. A bit uncomfortable with image of one person sitting on the steps being given a hair cut by another guest, and some other things.

Over all our stat was wonderful. We will be back.
Pros:

The staff and I’m sorry I don’t recall her name. Went above and beyond.
My husband and I were both coming with a sore throat. I asked if they had any packets of salt. She got us a small cup and put in a quarter of a cup for both of us. Now, that is what I southern hospitality. The next day, we still weren’t feeling good. I left out milk in the refrigerator. Of course we had already locked our keys in the room. . My husband was allowed to go get our milk. We will be back.

Cons:

The tub was very slippery. I would suggest putting the strips in or provide a bathmat. Also you need handrails to help people get it and out. The only one was to hang up your wash cloth. It was lose.

The lady who checked us in and our housekeeper was was both nice.The location was okay for me, I was looking for a place a little closer to DunnellFlorida

Cons:

The 1 st room toilet wouldn't flush.
Main door lock broke right off.
Second room stunk like bathroom cleaning spray just sprayed and left not cleaned off, smelled so bad had to leave outside door open, with AC on because there's no bathroom vent. Mold in lamp shade between the beds, you couldn't help but see it .
The next day I'm locked out, I called the front desk the guy was super rude, had to go back downstairs to get new cards. Was asked if I wanted to check ✅ out ? If I had another place to go,.I sure would have!!!!
They have a hotel style phone in the room that doesn't even work. Have to us your own phone if you have it. The refrigerator floor is wrotten out ite leans over, then you can't open it.
