It was alright but room was in bad shape.
Pros:

Good location close to Iowa River Landing.

Cons:

Numerous issues with our room. Had a musty smell, assuming due to water damage. Bathroom door is not lined up with the door frame so you have to push hard with the door scraping on the floor. Not sure how they thought this room was ok to have guests in with this issue. The door bottom corner also was in terrible shape like a dog ate it or something. Shower floor was filthy, needs a good bleaching. Toilet stopped working our last day there and wouldn’t flush. It also was leaking. The hotel was fully booked so I’d doubt we’d be able to be moved to another room.

It was comfortable, quiet and enjoyable for our entire family.
Pros:

Heated pool was great, breakfast was like other similar hotels

Cons:

The room was a little stuffy & humid when we first entered it. It was better after running the A/C for a half hour.

We were quite comfortable, room clean, extra pillows and the bed was neither too firm nor too soft.
Pros:

Housekeeping staff does an excellent job of cleaning the hotel; individual rooms, public areas and breakfast room.

Cons:

Having to climb stairs to second floor was a bit taxing for me (senior with cardiac issues,) but I could have asked for a room on the first floor.
