Pros:

Room smelt bad, hallways were dirty and needed swept, didn’t know there was NO ELEVATOR for 2nd floor, bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the shower wasn’t cleaned well, and in the nightstand next to the window was a dirty stinking shirt, it needs updating, and the a/c unit put a mildew smell in the room.

The location was decent, the room was pretty clean

Cons:

When we checked in, the smell of skunk hit you in the face when you walked in and all through the hallways.
We woke up the next morning and had to end up leaving early because we had a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom making us sick. We had them come check it out and nothing was done. We had the window open, the exhaust fan on, but nothing touched the smell. We weren’t even able to use the bathroom. We weren’t even there for 12 hours. The toilet had no water. I was hoping it would be resolved but they sadly only did a 20% discount on the stay even though we both felt sick and had to leave.

Pros:

Location was great and cleanliness of the rooms was good.

Cons:

Security was a concern. The doors would pull open no key card needed. Parking lot lights burnt out and overflowing garbage outside. Other guests were smoking weed in their rooms and smelling up the hallways.
