Good location - quiet with restaurants nearby
Pros:

Good value for the quality of stay. My bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were good. The hotel was quiet. The location was ideal because there were many restaurants within walking distance.

I probably wouldn’t ever stay there again. Unfortunately

Cons:

The sheets were dirty. Looked like the room wasn’t vacuumed at all. Dust in the corners and crap on the floor. Tub looked gross.

It is a good location near a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

First off, they have almost no hot water. The first two nights we had no hot water in the sink and barely any hot water in the shower when the mechanic came to fix it honestly only have one hot water heater for the entire hotel, which is ridiculous for them on the carpet in the hallway was filthy with stains. Breakfast is not the greatest. They serve the same egg pie and yucky sausages every day.
The place just really needs to be remodeled and it’s very seedy.
