Great place to stay
Pros:

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cold and adjustable. The only reservation I have is with the shower head. It was very basic. The desk staff was great and the food service lady was very pleasant. Breakfast was really good. Omelets and sausage instead of the waffle maker at most places. I will be happy to use this hotel on future visits. The hotels is a great value.

Old TVs in the rooms, slow Internet to the point of being useless. Breakfast not ready at 7 on Saturday Had to leave without one.

La Quinta South is the best
Pros:

Great stay, very friendly, polite, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful room, with all the expected amenities. Good breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The The room was not clean. We have a cockroach in the room , fake nails in the carpet . The laps are old and with rust. Bathroom is very small and service was not good. I requested 4 more towels and the lady at front desk mention can only give me 3 since it was kids upstairs needed for more towels. part

I pay for very late checkout’s and the maids still try to come in the rooms early. They talk loud in the halls when I’m still resting. The television goes out at noon but In paying for the room still. I’d like to be discounted for every stay that this has happened.

Pros:

A mediocre stay overall. The property is easily accessible and budget-friendly, but the cost savings are reflected in the overall quality. With the exception of one delightful staff member, most of the staff came across as somewhat standoffish. The room itself is in need of a complete overhaul, and the placement of the sink right by the entrance felt awkward and poorly designed. I would not choose to stay at this particular hotel again.
