Lux Verde Hotel

Pleasant stay… only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t hot… too cool to use… found out the next morning from a maintenance guy that it could have been re started by pressing the “emergency stop” and then re-starting.. but the front desk people didn’t seem to know that. Minor inconvenience.

Only 1 thing wrong, the pillows smelt like BO. Everything else was nice. The eggs for breakfast where dry.

When I looked at the pictures of the facility I thought it was in the country or the edge of town. It’s right in town.
Late at night there were bangs outside, but I didn’t get up to see if was hotel doors, car doors, or gunshots. After that it was quiet the rest of the night.

The hotel lobby and restaurant are super beautiful, the pool and hot tub were a really nice touch as well. The water was a little low in the hot tub but we didn’t care. The front desk agent was very efficient and helpful and kind during check in, she even delivers any needed items to the rooms. She was awesome! The rooms were cozy and pretty standard. Really a pleasant stay, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to save some money but also want to see the sights. It’s 30 minutes from downtown Sedona. The views are so beautiful driving to and from the distance didn’t make a difference to us.

The Maids and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and cookies in the lobby a bonus!

The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle. We were checked in by a lovely senior lady who was very patient and helpful. A very nice place to say.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed! Staff were very helpful in telling us about the area and things to do. Close to all the things we wanted to do.

No shops for walking

Good place to stay. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected

Help hotel is worn but what you would expect from a two star hotel. The cost was half of where we usually stay but we know why now. The sheets were nice and clean but all flat sheets so they moved around if you moved around the pillows were lumpy. The couch was dirty. The shower was very slippery. Towels were nice and clean and there was convenient parking and ice just around the corner. We didn’t stay for breakfast but got an early start home.

I appreciated the continental breakfast available as of 6am since my days started early. I didn't have to get lost around town looking for places to eat and maybe running late to my planned activities. I always felt safe on the premises. Everyone was friendly.
The smell of bleach in my room was a bit overwhelming and had to sleep with it. Hope I didn't kill too many brain cells.

This property was clean, quiet, very pretty. The restaurant and bar attached to the property are fantastic. Employees are polite and helpful.

To consider:
make the hot tub hot, and not just warm.
put some of the king bedrooms on the first floor, (staff said there were no rooms with king beds on the first floor

Breakfast not great, but it’s a nice place we stay here quite often
