Great location not far from airport car rental, and plenty of car parks on site. We checked in using app, and went straight to room. Arrived at around 1:30am and wanted some water, went to reception and very accommodating, bottles of water and snacks provided straight away. Slept very well, and woke up and had the breakky next morning, all very nice and easy. Room was spacious, quiet and not what I expected from an airport hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and facilities clean and modern. Room had plenty of space.

Le confort est présent, l'hôtel est bien tenu. Le parking est de bonne taille pour y loger aisément l'ensemble des occupants.
Le check-in s'arrête à 1h du matin, bizarre pour un hôtel aussi proche d'un aéroport : heureusement le gardien de nuit a accepté de nous ouvrir.
Les matelas de nos lits étaient vieillissants avec des creux très marqués dus aux précédents locataires

Had first floor room, A/C thermostat DID NOT WORK AND ACTUAL AIR CONDITIONER WOULD WORK FOR TEN MINUTES THEN NOT WORK FOR HOURS. Was told by front desk staff manager would reach out and make it right in terms of bill, but have never heard anything. And I am lifetime Diamond member who has stated here several times!
As always Hampton Inn does not let you down. I aways feel comfortable when staying at the Hampton Inn, everything is first class. All my family members live in the greater Phoenix area, so I can easily stay with a family member when visiting Phoenix. I choose to stay at the Hampton Inn. I appreciate cleanliness, customer service and comfort, for these reasons I gravitate to HAMPTON INN.

Beautiful
Stayed here the night before our flight out of the Phoenix airport. Convenient location to the airport. Front desk staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet and not very busy during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend if need a hotel close to the airport.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times previously and always had an amazing stay. I booked a room and used the hotel to park my car when I flew out of Sky Harbor.
So first problem was the room..the bed was so soft and worn that I literally fell into a hole, it was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I informed the front desk about it that morning before heading to the airport and was basically dismissed, I told him that someone should fix it.
The biggest issue was the shuttle service on the way back. I called the front desk upon retrieving my luggage and she told me to call her back once I walked outside to the curb. What? It took me three minutes to walk outside to the curb, where I promptly called her back. She told me that it would be a Holiday Inn shuttle that would pick me up, I waited about 25 minutes and a shuttle from Holiday Inn pulled up but he said it didn’t service my hotel. So I called the hotel front desk back. She said she would find out what was going on, but 40 minutes from when I called I ended up booking an Uber to drive me back. I had traveled all day and then had a 3 hour drive home, so this sealed the deal for me. Management reached out, but we’ll never return. They really need to get their act together.
