Pros:

The room was cozy and spacious. Karen at the desk was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had heavy footed neighbors above us (which isn't really the hotel's fault). For how fancy the room was, the bed wasn't very comfy for our taste.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!
Pros:

Staff were WONDERFUL, no complaints. Very friendly, very helpful.

Kendra is what we call in Hawaii, someone with the Aloha spirit. Very personable with the Ohana spirit.

Cons:

We wanted to utilize pool but gotten dirty after the dust storm and not gotten as clean as we wanted it to be

Pros:

Friendly desk staff. Bathroom and sheets were clean and floors were clean, not just free of hair and lint, but my feet didn’t leave brown foot prints when I stepped into the shower. T

Cons:

The toilet in our first room was leaking between the toilet base and the tile floor. Sufficient water on the floor that it puddled around the side and front of the base, we found the issue by stepping in the puddle. Seems the housekeeping staff should have identified this and the room been flagged until the toilet seal was repaired. The front desk was very pleasant and apologetic about the inconvenience and moved us to a different room.
