Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal - die Rezeption ist Nachts jedoch nicht besetzt.
Pros:

Schön ausgestattetes Zimmer, ruhig und mit bequeme Betten. Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Dass es Nachts keine Rezeption gibt, ist insofern ungünstig weil ich meine Zimmerkarte verloren habe und mein Mann noch mit Freunden unterwegs und nicht erreichbar war. Man hat mir zwar telefonisch Zugang zum Hotel geben können und auch ein anderes Zimmer als Alternative zum Übernachten angeboten, ich wollte mir jedoch nur etwas zum Überziehen holen und konnte daher mit dem anderen Zimmer nichts anfangen. Seit dem weiß ich, dass eine besetzte Rezeption Nachts sehr viel Wert ist ;) .

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel.

Die in Booking angegebene Leistung wurde nicht erfüllt.
Pros:

Zimmergröße war gut. Frühstück war normal.

Cons:

Ich hatte dieses teurere Zimmer (80€ mehr zum Standartzimmer) gebucht, da in Booking nur in diesem Zimmer 2 Einzelbetten angegeben waren. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Ich und meine Frau konnten 2 Nächte kaum schlafen. Trotz meines Hinweises beim Einchecken gab es kein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top Lage.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte im Detail besser sein (ein Tringlas mit klebriger Anhaftung, Perlator am Wasserhahn verkalkt, untere Fuge der Duschkabinentür schwarz).
Der Vorhang hing etwas zu weit vom Fenster weg, sodass nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden konnte.
Anstatt einer Klimaanlage gab es nur einen kleinen Ventilator.

Fantastische accommodatie met een heerlijk ontbijt en zeer voorkomend en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De ligging, op loopafstand van het centrum en het treinstation.
We hadden een kamer met balkon, dat was een zeer aangename verrassing.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en zeer gevarieerd.

Cons:

Ivm duurzaamheid kiest het hotel er voor geen air condition te installeren.
Er stond een fan op de kamer.
Maar met 36 graden overdag, krijg je de kamer niet gekoeld in de nacht.

Avoid top floor on hot days
Pros:

The hotel is quite average, and a bit run down.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Maybe it was because I was there on the hottest week in decades: but the lack of an airconditioner on the top floor, under the roof, is a serious oversight. Only the few quiet hours of the night on the busy street at which the hotel lies provide a little cooling.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zur Stadtmitte und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Vorteil ist auch der kleine Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, auch wenn er 15,- Euro pro Nacht kostet. Es gibt auch ein Parkhaus in der Nähe, aber wir haben den Tagespreis dort nicht gecheckt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schön, aber mit weniger Möbeln wäre es noch schöner gewesen. Es war etwas vollgestopft, mit einem Sessel und Tisch und Stühlen, auf denen ja eh niemand sitzt. Vielleicht sollte man das mal überdenken...

Highly recommend and will definitely stay again
Pros:

Fabulous location for Wilhelmstrasse festival. Easy walk to train station too. Nice room, comfy bed, tidy bathroom.
