Great location and fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Staff were very accomodating; breakfast was outstanding; location was excellent. The airport tram stopped 50 feet away and all the attractions of Edinburgh are within walking distance.

Cons:

The roo was very hot and the windows don't open. The heat could not be adjusted to a low enough tenperature.

Pros:

Stayed twice before good location clean good breakfast comfy beds complementary tea coffee juice and tunnocks caramel wafers!

Muy descontento con las instalaciones y la gestión del Hotel

La ubicación no está mal.

Cons:

Nada más llegar a la habitación, estaba helada y hacía muchísimo frío. La calefacción estaba estropeada y el Hotel no nos dio ninguna solución (cambio de habitación, descuento por las molestias ocasionadas o invitarnos a un desayuno, etc.). Únicamente nos dieron un calefactor pequeño de aire caliente que sonaba muchísimo, por lo que no podías ponerlo para dormir. Por lo que pasamos un frío tremendo durmiendo y también por la mañana. Una pena teniendo en cuenta que la habitación ronda los 250€ la noche… Muy mala gestión por parte del Hotel.
