The hotel is a top drawer property and accommodation, breakfast were amazing and staff polite and helpful

De ligging en het zag er op het eerste gezicht leuk uit

Cons:

We boekten voor een dag erna en kwamen in de kelder terecht recht onder de receptie. De kamer was een beetje klam , koud en de hele nacht hoorde je alles van de receptie recht boven ons. Misschien is de rest van het
Hotel beter. De reactie van de medewerkers bij de receptie was niet heel klantvriendelijk.

Le personnel, le petit déjeuner ainsi que les espaces communs. La chambre bien que petite.

Cons:

Chambre au 2eme étage coté route : gros problème de nuisance sonore et la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas!!! C’était un problème pour nous car jamais aérée.

La ubicacion

Cons:

La habitacion que estaba en el ultimo piso y como era la bordilla habia un techo inclinado y muy bajo con la inscripcion "mind your head"
Ademas el piso flotante era flotante de verdad ya que que caminabas y se movia el velador 😱

Excellent night away staying in a lovely hotel
Pros:

A great central location close to all the sights, the staff were really friendly and helpful , the room was spotless with a really comfy bed and great shower, the breakfast was freshly made with a great selection on offer, I will definitely stay again the next time I visit Edinburgh.

Hôtel bien situé avec bonnes prestations mais trop bruyant

L emplacement tres central , la propreté et les équipements ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel .

Cons:

Portes tres bruyantes qui claquent en les fermant du fait du groom .
Nous avons été réveillés violemment à plusieurs reprises pendant la nuit par des portes qui claquent . Nous étions dans la chambre 3 . C est vraiment dommage car sinon l hôtel est tres bien mais cela nous a gâché notre séjour .
De plus il manquait une porte à la douche ,
