Breakfast was amazing and the staff were lovely and super helpful. The location is amazing and only a few minute walk to a tram stop.

The gentleman that checked us in was quite helpful.
The condition of the room. The bathroom door is rotting away at the bottom along with other minor issues. Too many steps for moving luggage, although we were kindly assisted by the gentleman at the desk.
The location was great for our purposes, and the breakfast was excellent and very timely to start our mornings.

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral und Super vom Flughafen aus mit dem Tram zu erreichen ( Station Picardy Place)! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine grosse Auswahl, also für jeden was dabei.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich hatte meinen Adapter vergessen, woraufhin ich an der Reception für die Tage kostenlos einen Auslehnen durfte.
Lage top , habe ein Upgrade auf die Suite gekriegt das war herrlich. Design ist auch toll. Gut zum erreichen aller zentralen Sightseeing Spots .
Größe des Zimmer war toll. Betten und Bettdecke fantastisch .
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr herzlich und welcoming . Standen top vorbereitet mit Tat und Rat bei allen zur Seite.

The hotel is in a good location. Rooms are compact but well equipped and some nice touches like ear plugs to minimise noise. Staff are pleasant/helpful and the breakfast was good.

The ground floor bedroom overlooked a small outside area with standing water and lots of discarded cigarettes. It looked grim. Couldn't get either Netflix or Prime to work.

Breakfast good. Location great. Showers great. Design of room great. TV streaming didn’t work and no one seemed able to fix it. A/C not fixed when requested.
Many thanks to Avril, Andrew, and Natalya for their professionalism, attention to detail and their help with our many questions. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom newly updated. The location is perfect for access to art galleries, the bus station, the tram, and numerous good restaurants. As to value, the hotel lacked some amenities such as coffee makers in the room although snacks and cold drinks were provided. If we were to recommend this hotel it would be on the basis of the front line staff who work very hard to provide excellent service in a very old building with quirky maintenance issues (we had to ask for assistance three times to get the room safe to work).
Central location and excellent value for money.
Everything was perfect
Great location for this boutique hotel. Room size was more than generous and even though they thoughtfully provided earplugs we found the room to be quiet despite facing the busy street below. The breakfast option is so worth it, hot and cold items available each morning. Would stay there again.
A problem with the TV; they provided new batteries for the remote and also reset the TV in attempt to remedy but I think it's simply a worn out remote.
Breakfast excellent as were all staff.

No view from window whatsoever just a small boarded area.
Room however very nice and bathroom lovely.
