Lo staff è stato molto educato, la posizione era adatta alle mie esigenze e il posteggio era ampio

La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Già dall’esterno, il giardino non era per nulla curato, i vialetti e le aiuole erano trascurate. All’interno, i corridoi avevano parecchie ragnatele, così come l’ascensore e le camere. Non parliamo poi dei vetri e delle finestre! Da un 4stelle superior mi aspettavo molto di più! La piscina, bella, grande, ma essendo in una zona relax mi aspettavo che ci fosse qualcuno che non permettesse ai bambini di giocare, invece i bambini giocavano a pallone all’interno, quindi niente relax.

Heerlijk verblijf in gastvrij hotel.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We voelden ons heel welkom.
Prachtig gelegen hotel, rustig, direct naast wei en bos.
Fijne kamers, goed sanitair, prima bedden.
Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Ik kan niets bedenken. Het was er heel fijn, we gaan zeker terug.

la mauvaise foi de la gérante qui voulait nous ajouter un supplément pour la 3ème personne ( nous étions 3 et avions réservé 2 chambres doubles de luxe )!

Good location and comfortable rooms but patchy internet in our room
Pros:

The room was modern and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel served excellent food. We could get the room up to a good temperature since the heating was efficient. Parking onsite was helpful and convenient. Even though we looked out onto the road, we couldn’t hear road noise. We didn’t book breakfast and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. I was unsure whether we were allowed to use the coffee machine that was located in the breakfast room to get hot water to make our own since we had T-bags and milk with us. Very English I know!
The bathroom was modern but a strange design where the toilet was alongside the open shower. This meant that area got wet from shower usage. I moved the toilet roll stand up holder out of the way when showering so it didn’t get soaked. The style makes half the bathroom into a wet room. This isn’t a criticism, more an observation.

Cons:

The hotel advertises fast internet but in Room 1 this was patchy and intermittent. Once you were in the breakfast area and closer to reception it worked well.
We had to use a booster to get a reliable signal in the room.
The TV could have been bigger, I realise this is not everyone’s priority but since you have to be sitting on the bed to view it, a larger TV would be more practical and not an expensive change.
