Sarah at the front desk is a gem. Kind, courteous and efficient.

We stayed two nights at the Radisson for a family event. Sarah at the front desk is a gem. Kind, courteous and efficient. Upgraded us without asking.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern.

Great location by the airport with paid parking and an airport shuttle.

The restaurant/ bar has a good menu, great staff and a nice bar.

We will be back.

Best hotel for park and fly package
Pros:

Booked park and fly and our flight canceled. We took the shuttle to the airport to rebook which resulted in having to wait until the next day for a flight. Called to be picked up by the shuttle to return to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, Sarah assisted and we moved back into our original room, at a reduced rate and extended our parking for an extra day at no charge. Very happy with how accommodating Sarah was since we were both very disappointed to have to delay our trip.

The young person upon arrival was very friendly a n d helpful. Shuttle service was good, and efficient.

Cons:

The shuttle driver should refrain from discussing political views as people have different views. We were unable to get anything but beer or wine in the bar due to only one worker and no bartender. The girl who worked there was very friendly.though.

Pros:

The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is practical for the airport but there are no food/drink options nearby. Be prepared to spend $14 to park your car overnight in the parking lot.

Return visit - does not disappoint!
Pros:

I really like this hotel. The beds are comfortable, restaurant on site is really good, staff are friendly and service is prompt. An excellent value whether you are just stopping for the night or planning to spend a few days This is our 2nd time back and we will book here in the future
