I have serious questions. I hope this will be explored further.
Cons:

I am waiting for the fifty dollar extra security charge. I also had charges on my credit card to a ticket venue that I did not make immediately after that transaction.. It is possible this is a coincidence but it left me with a negative feeling. I had to cancel my credit card the next day due to a bank alert as I left on my vacation.

Good locations and clean hotel, but fire alarm caused us to have to switch rooms in the middle of the night
Pros:

Staff was lovely and hotel is overall good. Basic breakfast and complimentary coffee. Location is very convenient if you need ti be close to the airport

Cons:

The fire alarm in our room went off all of a sudden at 10pm and we had to move all of our stuff plus our 16 month old baby who was already asleep. It was very annoying and the front desk simply said that this happens sometimes in rooms on that floor.
We moved to a room located next door and thankfully we didn’t hear the alarm that still went off a good 30 mins later, but it was very inconvenient to have to move when we were exhausted and with a young baby.

Cons:

Every time I stay there, exiting the parking area becomes a nightmare, That system does not work, it fails repeatedly.
This is just so unfortunate and very untimely to have go to the front desk to have them allow one to exit. Not a good experience, repeatedly.

Pros:

Clean, comfy, excellent staff, especially Tate. He’s terrific!

Cons:

Phone did not work, either for calling front desk or for requested wake-up call

Great stay, outside of not being able to use the shuttle, I would stay again.
Pros:

The room was laid out very well. The bed was comfortable. I liked its proximity to the airport. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

They offer a free shuttle to the airport and I was unable to use it and had to pay for an Uber. They ran out of room on the shuttle and the next availability was more than an hour past the time I needed to be at the airport. The primary reason for renting at that hotel was the free shuttle which I was unable to take.
Additionally it didn't appear that the television played local tv, in fact they were satellite channels, it would have been nice to be able to access local news. If the tv had local stations available staff didn't direct us on how to use them.

Charged for reservation you said you couldn’t find.

Cons:

I made a reservation, but did not get sent a confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told we had no reservation, so my husband booked the room on his credit card under the name John Peter Gaskins.

You then charged me for the room I reserved!

I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Okay. Great restaurant
Pros:

Location to airport.

Cons:

Terrible ac thing for humidity goes off every 15 min for 10min at a time all night! Nearly impossible to sleep. Called front desk they basically said that’s what we do so …..
Refused to turn it off said it’s policy to have them on. Got little to no sleep thanks to it.

Nothing / Leaving.

Cons:

Hotel was dark and disheveled. Looks to be that it flooded recently and there are fans all over the building. The room itself was dark with every light on. Dirty areas in the bathroom and sleeping area. I expected a comfortable nice stay and it was subpar. I should’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel if I were to expect to deal with these conditions. Staff was rude and short and ultimately unwelcoming and not friendly.

It was a perfect stay!
Pros:

Clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The shower was wonderful and towels were fluffy.

The restaurant had great food and great service.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful with some quick sight seeing suggestions as we checked in.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything to dislike.
