Convenient airport shuttle, cold AC, renovated showers, spacious rooms. Polite and helpful shuttle drivers who seemed to genuinely care to help.
Front desk staff were both short and borderline disrespectful at check-in and when trying to bug items from the store. Felt like I was interrupting their screen time. Elevators had been damaged and had signs of gang related markings and damage. Definitely a renovation that felt stopped about 80% complete. On site paid parking was a bit unexpected and expensive.
Breakfast was not worth the 17 dollars at all

Location was great, close to the airport
Location of the room was terrible. Right by the elevator and they played music very loud all night long. They even provide ear plugs and could still hear the music. Just turn off the music at 10 and put it on at 8am. Did not sleep all night long!
Location for being near my son as he shipped out for basic training.

Its was a little rocky at first. But leilani knocked out of the park. Hustle ,friendly, wanted to know we have the best experience!! We will be back!

Perfect for overnight stay before going to the airport on the free shuttle. On-site restaurant with good food, spacious room, pretty grounds.
Shower didn't seem to have much pressure, and the service in the restaurant was very slow the one time we ate there.
We stayed 2 separate nights on a recent trip with a late arrival into PDX and an early departure days later from PDX. I liked that this hotel was off the main strip of hotels and was more quiet. The room on the 4th floor had been recently updated. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was great. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good hot water pressure. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. About a 5 min drive to the airport. They also offer an airport shuttle. Would stay here again if we had a late arrival/ early flight out of PDX.
