Lovely hotel no longer have indoor pool
Pros:

The location the breakfast and staff were amazing As always this is why I continue coming back to this location

Cons:

It's advertised on the web and in booking that they have an indoor pool. They do have an indoor pool however it is non operational indefinitely. You have to leave the property to use a gold's gym pool down the road.

Wonderful, place to stay! Huge rooms !
Pros:

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my 38 years . I was there with my 14 and 10-year-old daughters for a volleyball tournament and from ease of check-in to friendliness of staff to cleanliness, the size of the rooms was amazing. I mean these rooms for the price were huge. I think they were bigger than my first apartment !
Can’t even recommend this place enough great great place to stay !
If I ever have to come back to Roanoke, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great stay again!
Pros:

Service is fatastic! No hassle shuttle a real plus. Quality of personnel working for the organization, esp drivers is impressive.

Great stay and great price
Pros:

Hotel was clean & breakfast was good. Also hotel was pet friendly and great location.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, however, I was traveling on business and wanted a printed receipt I asked at check in if there would be someone at the front desk early in the morning to provide a printed receipt. I was told someone would be there but no one was. The desk attendant was also running the shuttle service. He arrived minutes before my uber and was not able to provide the receipt.

Cons:

There was a bug in my room, when I was moved to a different room I came back from dinner to find a bug on the door of my new room. I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned by seeing two bugs in the hotel /

Exactly what I expected, quality lodging at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Best scrambled eggs.

Cons:

Location was confusing to get to due to being behind a mall. Had to use GPS every time I returned especially at night.

Pros:

Location was convenient. They have a mall nearby and many restaurant options.

Cons:

Toiletries( e.g wash soap bottle was empty) were not provided. The hallways were not cleaned regularly. Coffee filters and other items were not refilled in 2 nights stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately I was not able to stay because I was considered a local and they don't rent rooms to locals even though it was a whole winter storm and the roads were in terrible conditions. They still told me I couldn't stay. Basically just drive on the road and hopefully not kill yourself. Insane

It was great and I'm looking forward to it again this summer
Pros:

The breakfast is great. The roads were really clean. The bed's super comfortable but very disappointed that the pool was closed and was not advertised when we booked. Children were disappointed

Passing Through
Pros:

Location great, right off Rt 81. Rooms clean, noise level quiet. We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. Reasonable value.
