Under construction- would be nice once completed.
Pros:

room was very spacious and comfortable. Good location with lots of food options nearby. Breakfast food was good

Cons:

Under construction. Lobby was a mess. Room shades were broken and fell off. phone did not work. In room coffee maker did not work. No maid service-they emptied trash but did not make bed

Surprise! It is under construction.
Pros:

My husband and I were driving to Nashville and stayed here as an overnight stop. I walked in and was unpleasantly surprised to find the hotel under construction. The reception area is just a folding table. There was a bucket in the hallway where our room was that was collecting water that was leaking from the ceiling. You could not navigate a luggage cart around it. The exterior side door that was close to our room did not operate correctly. It was often ajar and the card reader didn't work so if it was fully closed you would have to walk around to the front to enter the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was in a conference room because the restaurant was under construction. The food was "hot" food was cold and selection was sparce and unappealing. We were planning on staying here on the trip back from Nashville, but after this experience, we made a different choice. Once the renovation is complete, it may be an option, but until then , I do not recommend it.

Pros:

The hotel manager was super nice and had great customer service.

Cons:

The pool was not opened and did not say that when booking-bummer. The front of the building was kind of chaotic and had construction going on but couldn’t hear it. One of the workers was kind of rude but the hotel manger was super nice and sweet-loved her.

Avoid this Hyatt Place!
Pros:

Awful experience! The room was dirty. We were woken in the middle of the night by screaming in the hallway and eventually the police showing up. The desk clerk acted like that was a regular occurrence. A completely miserable experience. Avoid this Hyatt Place!

We would definitely stay here again we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very clean hotel, beds were very comfortable, the water pressure for the showers is freaking aaammaazing, the staff was nice there is a small bar so u can order food and drinks till 11pm,there is a pool and a fitness center however the pool was currently closed due to maintenance over all we would definitely visit this location again.

No Margaritas 😭

Super comfy bed.

Cons:

The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around in it. A larger person would have a very hard time due to the door opening towards the bathroom and it being so small. No microwave in the room

Convenient and great price
Pros:

Location was great, close to shopping and dining. Flexibility of parking larger vehicles, boats etc in adjacent parking lot. Staff was great, breakfast was nice, and beds were comfy.

Cons:

Pool was not open, although they did have option to go to local golds gym for free. Just was an inconvenience
