The room had a slight odor upon entering, and the A/C unit in our room wasn't working at times. The desk brought up a box fan for us to get us through our stay. We will not stay there again when we come back to Branson for our yearly trip. Also very small bathroom

The smell of the room—it didn't smell clean; it smelled musty. The facilities are outdated, and the key card kept deactivating constantly from being near my cell phone.
