Séjour formidable que je recommencerai en séjournant au même hôtel.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. Proche de la gare de Saint Pancras pour les trajets d'Eurostar et proche d'Oxford Street sans l'agitation et le bruit de cette artère. Beaucoup de restaurants et de pubs dans le quartier. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Excellent accueil. Le personnel de ménage passait 2 fois par jour: chambre toujours impeccable et bouteilles d'eau à chaque fois renouvelées.

Cons:

La salle de bains de la chambre était vraiment trop petite, l'écoulement des toilettes laissait à désirer et malheureusement la douche n'était pas équipée d'une douchette amovible: juste un pommeau au plafond ce qui n'est pas pratique du tout.

Very nice modern hotel in a great location.

I did nt get the room I had booked, the en-suite was tiny! The breakfast which wasn’t included was cold.

Excellent Stay at a wonderful hotel
Pros:

Stunning room with a terrace overlooking the roof tops of London. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. The room has everything you need and more and the terrace is just perfect for relaxing.

No Compassion or Flexibility

Similar to the review below. My wife became ill yesterday evening before we were due to travel today and I emailed reservations immediately to notify them of the issue. I had booked a flexible rate but we were a few hours beyond the 4pm cut off for cancellation. No response to my email that evening and on following up by phone the following morning was told I’d missed the cancellation deadline and would be charged the full rate for tonight’s stay. I explained that we didn’t want to cancel but just rebook for a different date as we’d really wanted to stay at the hotel and defer our birthday celebration. Same response - no flexibility, no compassion and no desire to accommodate a disappointed customer. Just a legalistic “sorry, it’s our policy”. We’ll be taking our custom elsewhere when we next visit London.

Terrible service ! No compasion at a difficult time
Pros:

I made a booking at christmas , my father got really sick , so had to change the dates of my stay , i changed the dates to the 14th Feb , called the hotel to confirm and they told me i never confirmed the change , so no booking but no offer of a change or refund , even after informed the manager my father has passed away so not been a great couple of months . Tbh ! I am totally lost for words & insulted me by basically saying book again , pay more money which dosnt sit right
