How I had to sit and wait in the lobby for over an hour because you did not send a virtual payment card to them because I already paid you, but you did not pay them and I’m still waiting for some kind of reimbursement or credit because I should not have had to go through that because you didn’t pay them

A Flawless First Stay at Hyatt Place
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall from March 23–25 while in town for a concert, and I was beyond impressed. This was my first time ever staying at a Hyatt property, and they have certainly set a high bar for future travels.

A few things that really stood out:

Cleanliness: The hotel was absolutely immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in the property, as every corner was spotless.

Staff: The team was incredibly courteous and professional. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in.

Breakfast: The morning breakfast was fantastic! It was the perfect way to start the day and far exceeded the standard "hotel breakfast" expectations.

I’m honestly amazed by the quality of this stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay in the Alpharetta area, I cannot recommend this location enough. I’ll definitely be looking for Hyatt properties for my future trips!

Love the location
Pros:

Location is perfect, staff was very kind and the hotel is nice and clean.
WiFi connection was horrible (I had to work during my stay), my room didn’t have a microwave, breakfast ends at 9 am, and the actual check-in/check-out times are different than what the emails showed. It’s actually at 4 pm, 11am.

Great Value and Friendly Staff!
Pros:

Hotel was clean, water pressure in the bathrooms were amazing, breakfast was really good! I think a great value stay for the price and location! The staff was super friendly and the room was huge!

First and last night at a Hyatt
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, close to food and shopping area

Cons:

Small bathroom, dirty breakfast area, minimal food and utensils, overflowing garbage, sticky floors, keycards needed to be reprogrammed, elevator buttons not working correctly
