Close to the highway
Pros:

It was clean and close to the highway

Cons:

The windows rattled a bit in the room and the wind was howling! The breakfast, I couldn’t eat any of the hot food as it was all covered in black pepper and I am allergic. I feel black pepper can be added later as a condiment, it’s so unnecessary to cover food in black pepper

Convenient and comfortable!
Pros:

Good location, comfortable rooms, with great beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and roomy. Staff was warm and friendly and the fresh baked cookies were a nice treat after a long drive. Thanks for coming into the 21st century with a pod coffee maker, a big improvement over some of your competitors.

Cons:

Some equipment issues; ice maker on our floor was out of order, a minor inconvenience. The morning we checked out, the elevator wasn't working, a Major issue for seniors! TV quality was marginal, could be on it's last leg.

Clean, Convenient and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and very nice. Great location off the main highway. Very clean. A little older but a nice place I would go to again and again.

It was a fine place, but the damage in the ceiling and the dripping of water made it bad.
Pros:

There was damage to the ceiling inside the room. We did not want to change the room since we were staying only one night. However, a little water was dripping from the ceiling in this damaged area. This happened in the middle of the night.

Cons:

There were also some little flies in the room. We had to put the air-condition down to get rid of them.

We booked the hotel due to the availability of the hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t available!

Pros:

Room is clean and spacious. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub was clean. Check in lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was outdated and kitchen floor was sticky but I think that may have been from the cleaning product.

My stay was absolutely horrendous!
Pros:

Other than the lady who checked me in, nothing!

Cons:

It was gross. The beds looked like they had already been slept in. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting! & checkout was supposed to be “before 12” yet the employees started knocking at 11 and calling nonstop! I then get a voicemail trying to say that there was smoking inside of the round when that was a complete and total lie!
