Pros:

Breakfast was an A+ on day two, day one was a little messy and lacked stocking on day one. The room overall was large but poor space use.

Cons:

Check in was long, one person on staff to do all the things. Overbooked, wanted to change me to a room that was a down grade to what I had already paid for. Water went in and out of hot when you were taking a shower. Bathroom was tiny, no place to hang towels other than in the shower.

A very goon quiet place
Pros:

It was clean. The room was a little bigger than expected and breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed in

Cons:

My only complaint is the light in the bathroom took a minute to fully turn on and light full strength

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good - traveling on US 70.

Cons:

Not enough light in bathroom. Shower seemed dark. Sink area did not have bright enough light to see to shave easily. Heating/AC was noisey.

Clean, comfortable beds and great size room. Friendly staff, easy check in, breakfast was not bad

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't bad, but not what I had expected compared to the rest of our stay. Few options, not the best quality. But definitely not bad by any means

Hotel was nice but the noise early in the night from the outside traffic was terrible.
Pros:

Breakfast, bed, staff.

Cons:

A $50.00 up front "fee" for amenities? To be refunded later. What? Never had this before at any other hotel. Probably wouldn't stay again because of this.

I've let everyone know to stay here if they are in Topeka. We've stayed a couple times.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very considerate. Very easy check in/out process. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

My only complaint is the remote buttons didn't really work.

Pros:

Kind staff. Nice refurbishment. Good value.

Cons:

Close to the highway. Heard trucks all night.
The entire hotel was refurbished except for the bathroom. The water in the shower backed up.
