One of the most beautiful, elegant hotels we have stayed in. Loved the circular staircase. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent dinner in the hotel dining room. Highly recommend this hotel. We would love to come back again someday.

Our stay at Hotel Bristol Palace in Genoa was absolutely perfect in every way. As a family of three, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade to an outstanding 'junior suite', which was amazing. The room was elegant, hugely spacious and beautifully appointed.
The hotel’s location was ideal—right in the heart of Genoa and central to everything—making it easy for us to explore the city’s attractions, shops, and beautiful surroundings.
The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options each morning. The restaurant itself was stunning.
This was truly a memorable trip for our little family, and thanks to Hotel Bristol Palace, we now have wonderful memories of both the hotel and the beautiful city of Genoa. It is a stay we would love to repeat, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience.
