Très bel Hôtel, idéalement situé pour visiter Gènes.
Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel et sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme. La proximité du centre ville pour les balades à pied, ainsi que le cadre de l'hôtel, son ambiance, le charme de l'ancien, avec le confort d'aujourd'hui.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en produits frais et avec plus de choix et d'attention pour le service.

Pros:

L'emplacement, magnifique hôtel, très bon petit déjeuner, gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le lit: le sommier c'est une planche, très vieux ( voir photo). Le matelas pas de moelleux. J'ai dû prendre des somnifères pour arriver à dormir
En tout cas pas un matelas grand hôtel !!!
La douche, petite, sans douchette et glissante.

Magnifique hotel très bien placé
Très bien décoré
Chambre et salle de bains très grandes.
Personnel très gentil et accueillant.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Possibilité de parking ( en sus ) avec voiturier qui s'occupe de garer la voiture.

Bellissimo! Storico albergo al centro di Genova

L’albergo è bellissimo! La scala davvero stratosferica .. la posizione centrale , la pulizia ottima , bellissimo il bagno davvero tutto perfetto !

Nella sala colazione il primo giorno sono stata disturbata da una cameriera che sgridava in modo molto scortese e a voce alta la ragazza giovane e carina che accompagnava gli ospiti ai loro posti ! Il secondo giorno ho chiesto ad una cameriera che stava versando delle fragole nella macedonia se potesse darne un po’ a me.. mi ha risposto che sarebbe stato un extra e di chiederlo alla cameriera.. allora dopo che lei le aveva versate nella macedonia ne ho preso alcune e le ho messe nella mia ciotola … dopo qualche minuto si è avvicinata per rimproverarmi perché mi ha detto non si può scegliere la frutta.. !! Davvero sgradevole !!!le ho risposto che facevo un po ‘ quello che mi pareva e di non permettersi di disturbarmi oltre! Trovo che la colazione sia molto costosa e che sia davvero assurdo che la cameriera si sia permessa di disturbarmi

Pros:

Colazione ottima, servita in un contesto d'epoca bellissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per i turisti, consente di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi molti punti di interesse ed è adiacente a fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Da genovese "espatriata" ho respirato in questo hotel l'atmosfera delle grandi capitali europee
