Очень красивый отель, дружелюбный персонал, прекрасные завтраки
Pros:

Замечательный отель, в нем прекрасно все - расположение, доброжелательный персонал, чистота, дизайн, великолепные завтраки. Останавливались в феврале, в номере было очень тепло, хороший напор воды в душе.

A generally good quality hotel at a reasonable price
Pros:

Room was a good size, excellent bathroom, especially the shower. Excellent breakfast both in choice and quality. Really good croissants of various kinds. The location for the main sights in Genoa was pretty good especially as it limited the amount of hill climbing. Plenty of local eateries with good food and drink.

Cons:

The bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress was too soft and did not fit the bed properly. The walls were too thin. I could clearly hear the people in the next room talking.

Bellissimo hotel in centro con colazione ottima, staff gentilissimo e super pulito.

Pros:

Utmärkt frukost. Trevlig personal. Allt var helt och rent i sviten. Baren var ett naturligt ställe att avsluta kvällen i. Erfaren bartender som tog hand om gästerna.

Cons:

Ljudisoleringen mellan badrummen som låg vägg i vägg var i det närmaste obefintlig, en märklig "miss".

Vivamente consigliata
Pros:

La struttura è in generale molto bella e accogliente. La scala di cui tutti parlano è in effetti molto scenografica, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e la stanza era molto bella, pulita ed accogliente con molte amenities già presenti in stanza e scelta di cuscini.

Cons:

La colazione non mi ha soddisfatto pienamente (forse perchè dalle recensioni degli altri ospiti avevo aspettative altissime) e migliorerei l'insonorizzazione della porta delle camere perchè appena passava qualcuno si sentiva tutto. Ma niente che possa inficiare un giudizio a mio pare ampiamente positivo

Son emplacement, près du vieux Genes et de son port

Cons:

Le matin, le petit déjeuner, est en libre Service, sauf pour le café et le thé, il faut attendre qu’on vous l’ emmène et parfois c’est long !
