Nel complesso un bel soggiorno, splendido il pranzo di Pasqua al ristorante Giotto dell’Hotel

All’arrivo alla reception ci è stata assegnata una camera in disordine con letto disfatto !!
Hanno provveduto a scusarsi e a rimediare assegnandoci subito una camera in ordine ma ho trovato l’episodio imperdonabile per un Bristol Hotel.

Vorrei inoltre segnalare che in una vostra comunicazione ho letto che avendo raggiunto il “livello 3 come Cliente Genius” la colazione sarebbe stata comunque inclusa nelle mie prenotazioni. Ma questo non ci è stato riconosciuto dall’Hotel per cui abbiamo dovuto provvedere al breakfast in autonomia.

Époustouflant
Pros:

Bâtiment d’époque, magnifiquement entretenu, c’est rare. L’escalier central est à couper le souffle. Nous voilà replongé dans une autre époque. C’est 2 fois le prix d’un hotel moyen classique mais 100 fois plus beau. La salle de restaurant est dans la même veine, on se prend à rêver en imaginant les célébrités qui sont venues à ces tables. Bravo aux équipes de l’hôtel et à sa direction.

Le cadre et fantastique et l'emplacement parfait!

Le personnel était très sympa. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le cadre historique et l'architecture de l'hôtel magnifique!
