Splendido palazzo storico nel centro di Genova. Fantastica atmosfera.
Camera molto confortevole di buone dimensioni. Ottima la pulizia.
Personale molto cordiale ed efficiente.

Wirklich alles. Wir sind verliebt!
Unfassbarer Charme, die Zimmer ein Traum und ich alle anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise hatten keine Chance mehr- es ist wundervoll.

Cons:

Einzig: das Geschirr klappern beim Frühstück abräumen ist etwas störend. Das wäre schön, wenn das dem Ambiente entsprechend ruhig & liebevoll wäre

Pros:

Hotel posto in posizione centralissima a due passi da piazza De Ferrari. Personale gentile e professionale, belli gli interni (soprattutto lo scalone), ottima la colazione ed il ristorante. Interessante il rapporto qualità/prezzo durante il mese di Marzo.

Cons:

Eccetto la camera che affacciava sull'interno, null'altro da segnalare.

Bella struttura ma non vale le 5 stelle
Pros:

La location è molto bella. Inaugurato nel 1905 conserva intatto tutto il suo fascino. La posizione è centralissima. Il prezzo è conveniente per essere un 5 stelle.

Cons:

Da un 5 stelle ci si attende l'eccellenza cosa che non appartiene a questa struttura. Doccia difettosa servizi igienici di dimensioni ridottissime frigo bar sguarnito.
