We turned to our room white towel keeping the door cracked open, we opened the door and it was not clean. (We were given an up grade)
The upgraded room had no forks, no dish washing liquid, no tea towels, air con filters were thick with dust.
Said good morning to reception staff him and another bloke looked at me and continued talking.

Bad experience with staff leading up to the stay, but fine once I finally checked in.
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms basic but fine.

Cons:

Change of company policy. Staff tell me and each other different things. Threatening to cancel booking if I didn’t pay early even though the booking terms did not state that. Telling me I had to check out at one time but emails said another time. Telling me I could park there, then a few days before telling me I couldn’t. Telling me that twin beds were confirmed, then telling me a few days out that “they will try but can’t guarantee”. Very frustrating!

Pros:

Clean rooms, quiet place.

Cons:

Around 9 am someone opened my door, it wasn't check out time, and the person didn't identify as staff personnel, I was lying in bed still and my sister stopped the man from entering by blocking the door, she asked what he needed and the person left, I didn't feel safe as she could have been in the bathroom and I still in bed, I felt my privacy was not respected.
