Good stopover for proximity to Central Station.
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking to Central Station to catch a train to the airport.
Close to Chinatown, market and light rail services.
Value for money if you just need a room for the night.
Had a heat pump as opposed to noisy air conditioning.

Cons:

Room facing the street was a little noisy. No double glazing.

The sink in bathroom looks not clean like maybe it’s just can’t be cleaned off because it’s too old.

A bit noisey ( traffic) throughout the night.
Banging/fixing/ hammering/ Drill in the room next to ours, couldnt sleep.

Not happy
Cons:

The staff were not helpful, with there carparking,under the motel. They said get in touch with Wilsons.....we could hear all the noise from the next room. There was a lot of patched up holes on the walls....room wasn't that clean. We will never stay again

The perfect base to explore Sydney
Pros:

Could not ask for a better location to explore Sydney - right across from Central Station. Desk staff were very friendly - manager suggested an EXCELLENT restaurant just down the street. Would DEFINITELY stay again

Cons:

It had a "run down" feel. Carpet in the hall was ripped and walls in the room were marked/scuffed in quite a few places. Given the central location of the property, wear would be expected. Beyond these (maintenance) issues, though, everything was very clean.

Breakfast little choice, not good was.cold particularly the fried eggs were concealed and cold. Coffee wasn't too good. No juices available. To charge $25 each was not value for money
