Room was poorly clean, visible stains present on bed and floor, hair throughout bathroom counter top, garbage on floor
Nice indoor pool and hot tub
Indoor and outdoor pool water was cold. Our bathroom was not clean. Tp everywhere clump of hair on floor puke🤮 toilet was clogged with tp
Would not flush. Calked desk said they would send someone up they called few mins later telling us no maintenance on duty. Told her to bring a plunger she did husband fixed.🤮 Floor around hot tub very slippery. 65 year old husband fell hit his head on floor. He was fine tho thank Goodness. Told front desk lady she was uncaring and didn’t indifferent about it. I would not go back there. And there was a 100.00 hold on our credit card that we were not told about when booking.
It was clean. The night guy was helpful with the laundry facilities and pleasant
The guy that worked there during the daytime that was trying to use our bathroom for 5 dollars after our cards stop working and him and his friend by us.In and then we went to the front desk reported him and the the lady running, it said he was probably joking.It was very suspicious to us and felt unsafe
I LOVED Fran and the entire dront desk staff. They were all so welcoming and accomodating. They were also very compassionate considering I was there as a guest while my Father In Law was a patient in the nearby hospital. Fran worked with me to make sure I had a room when I had to extend my stay and just took care of things for me so I could focus in my family.
The hallways smelled like weed. But hey, it's Michigan... everywhere smells like weed.
The breakfast was a bonus, cafe' staff were quick and efficient with keeping things filled and coffee fresh, it was much appreciated. Rooms were good looked clean and put together when we arrived.

We liked the pool area and the option for the indoor and outdoor pool- we used both of them during the stay.
We liked the breakfast options.
I did not like that the bathroom door did not open and close properly. It would get stuck like it was warped on the bottom. There didn't seem to be enough soap or shampoo for the shower.
Small and quiet.
Everything was dirty. From the pool and hot tub area, to garbage on the hallway floors. The fridge in my room was leaking into the entertainment center so much the bottom board is rotted and the entertainment center is leaning forward.
I like that breakfast was offered. I did not use the pool.
Room was not cleaned properly and staff was very dismissive.
We got in at close to midnight after getting off the ferry. The front desk attendant was very helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't swim, but the pool area was very pleasant for some quiet time before getting on the road in the morning.
This seems like a hotel that has seen better days. The room smelled a bit musty when we entered, not like it was a former smoking room, but just old. The breakfast area also looked a bit rundown, and the breakfast was "Meh!" Nothing to get excited about.
