Location was walking distance to the city centre, pubs and restaurants

The room was clean, the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The fact that there a leak with water comming from the ceiling in room 507. The cause a loud drip all night and non-stop. I could not sleep due to this and had to drive 700km the next day. This was a terrible stay in that regard and will not recommend to anyone else.

Overall very nice, showers need maintenance.
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy, reception staff were very nice, cleaners were lovely.

Cons:

I was driven insane by the shower dripping. No amount of tightening the handle would stop water dripping at a slow, yet constant rate throughout the night.

Maybe stay .. a bit pricey and breakfast was ordinary compared to other places we have stayed

Offered views of fireworks on New Year’s Eve and didn’t . Family booked this accommodation as it was recommended by staff that as they had balcony views they could see fireworks .. NOT… very disappointing
