Pros:

Lovely views over river, great location, central to restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift wasn't working so we had to walk six flights of stairs.

Excellent location and views

Cons:

That I was charged for two waters when the lift was broken for our whole stay. I understand that it’s not anyone’s fault it was broken but late at night getting back when I asked for two waters and some snacks from mini bar. As walking up and down hundreds of stairs each time being on level 5 to get charged for the two waters I thought wasn’t right.

A leaking tap in the bathroom that even when telling staff about it, they sent someone to fix it but they didnt so the constant drip all night long was not good before my daughters wedding
