My stay was awesome.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Hotel room was clean, the location was also good which made it more easier for me to walk around Brisbane CBD.

Location is fantastic. Great price and clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Pros:

Fantastic location close to everything Brisbane has to offer.
Clean good size room. Comfortable bed and pillows.
It is under renovation but that didn’t affect my stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, able to assist with several inquiries - Thank you
The room was large and very clean - excellent
The hotel parking was secure
The price was very reasonable
Breakfast was good
If I was travelling to Brisbane again I would definitely consider rebooking

Cons:

Finding the hotel was easy, finding parking so I could check in was very difficult, there were road works and closures and the typical one way streets for cities sent me in the wrong direction, very frustrating - I got quite lost
The bed was very firm and quite uncomfortable
When I booked the hotel I was looking for proximity to the hospital where I had an appointment, my booking said it was 400m away but it took me an hour and half to get there (a bit more than 400m - luckily I left early so I wasn't late) this was probably more a booking error and not the hotel's fault.
Brisbane roads were poorly signed. difficult to follow directions when there is no sign for the road you're looking fo
