Pros:

The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. The location is excellent The breakfast was amazing. Good size room was in fair condition, but I believe the apartments are being gradually refurbished. The bathroom had been updated but the carpet in the apartment was worn out and needs replacing. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough seating for 2 persons. Good black-out curtains. View from room 1103 had beautiful views of the river, high rises and the big wheel at Southbank.

Cons:

Our room had a large window (no balcony) to see the views but it was not very clean. No microwave, which I prefer to have in the room. Had a huge rain shower head that had not much pressure and keep changing from hot to cold. Personal preference, I prefer the hose shower head.

Thank you Joanna for putting us in a wonderful room when we re-booked to stay longer, it was superb!
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff. A big shout out to Joanna who was amazing! She went out of her way and was exceptionally kind and helpful. It's rare to find, but we found most welcome, particularly as I was there for a medical appointment. We will be back!

Cons:

I couldn't adjust the heating sufficiently in the room and it was quite cold. It would be great if they had quilts on the bed rather than the thin blankets.
