The close proximity to Truist Park
With just being a short walk to Truist Park, it was disappointing that we couldn't get the Braves game on our room TV..
Location was good.
Several repairs needed for the room (toilet fixed and AC wasn’t working and was never fixed. Could smell Freon from the unit).
Located perfectly for Trusit Park
The water pressure, slow draining shower, very used furniture, dusty vents- but nothing major.
Super close to the battery. Comfortable beds and great staff, easy check in and out.
The air conditioner in our room sound Le’s like a jet taking off when it turned on but it worked and the room was comfortable so we were fine.
We met some friends to go to a Braves game and stayed here as it was a short walk to Truist Park. Jarvis was very kind and helped us at check in. Although we requested rooms adjacent to each other they had not cleaned both rooms. We were on the 7th floor and they were on the 5th. When we first arrived at our room, it smelled as if a smoker had been there (all rooms are supposed to be non smoking). We were not in the room for very long when we left for the game. It's a nice set up with the bedroom and bath on one side and the living area on the other side. Both sides had a balcony overlooking the atrium. Thew next day we had breakfast before leaving and the two women working were very good and it was great selection of food.
We would definitely return the next time we are going to a Braves game. Hopefully they can do a better job of dealing with smoking in the room.
Dynamic pricing for the weekend shot the price way up and it was not worth what I paid. Sink couldn't get warm water, beds were only ok, towels were cheap and had a chemical smell. Parking in a deck that doesnt have direct access to the hotel is always a hassle. Even more of an issue when the guy at the checking counter asked us twice if we needed parking, and when we get to the deck our hotel key wont let us in. We got stuck in a line and had to wait for another guest to let us in the hotel.
Late night cookie
Tried to overcharge at check in. Corrected it. Then received charges after checkout out that should not have been. Charged 35 for parking and app said 30. Didn’t bother complaining again
Craig was so nice!
Really great check-in with Sylvia - always appreciate interactions with staff who are having fun. Breakfast was good and wait staff attentive and friendly, too. Room was comfortable and clean.
Close to battery.
Parking was difficult.
The interior of the hotel is beautiful, our suite room was perfect and easily fit myself, partner and his friend. The double entrance to the bathroom was convenient for both the friend in the living space and us in the bedroom to use. The location was nice to be able to walk the city as well.
The A/C was not very cold so our room was quite hot even after hours of having the temp lowered.
The service was awesome. Location great. Easy to find. The overall staff met the expectation. The young lady from Jamaica at the bar was very nice and we had a warm welcoming conversation especially when she found out we were there because of our anniversary. The dinner we ordered was very good. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and clean. Would love to come back. I asked to not be on a high floor due to my fear of height and they granted my wish. Thank you for that.
The breakfast was pricey for what was given. We could have had more of a selection for what we paid but the items we were served were cooked very well. We have stayed at other Hilton's and the breakfast was free and there was plenty to choose from. It's unfair to pay to park at hotels that you are already paying to spend the night in my opinion. What else can you do with your vehicle if you drive up. We were there just as a getaway for the weekend because it was our anniversary and we enjoyed ourselves, but this particular Hilton was the only one we have stayed at so far where we paid separately to park and eat breakfast.
