Good stay would stay again.
Pros:

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, our suite room was perfect and easily fit myself, partner and his friend. The double entrance to the bathroom was convenient for both the friend in the living space and us in the bedroom to use. The location was nice to be able to walk the city as well.

Cons:

The A/C was not very cold so our room was quite hot even after hours of having the temp lowered.

Clean, great location, friendly staff, certain things are pricey yet quaint and comfortable.
Pros:

The service was awesome. Location great. Easy to find. The overall staff met the expectation. The young lady from Jamaica at the bar was very nice and we had a warm welcoming conversation especially when she found out we were there because of our anniversary. The dinner we ordered was very good. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and clean. Would love to come back. I asked to not be on a high floor due to my fear of height and they granted my wish. Thank you for that.

Cons:

The breakfast was pricey for what was given. We could have had more of a selection for what we paid but the items we were served were cooked very well. We have stayed at other Hilton's and the breakfast was free and there was plenty to choose from. It's unfair to pay to park at hotels that you are already paying to spend the night in my opinion. What else can you do with your vehicle if you drive up. We were there just as a getaway for the weekend because it was our anniversary and we enjoyed ourselves, but this particular Hilton was the only one we have stayed at so far where we paid separately to park and eat breakfast.

They also billed me for something $26 I’m trying to reach them to find out why also my deposit hasn’t been returned to m

Although location was perfect, I felt the hotel was overpriced and really not any better than a lower price hotel.

Cons:

To start our stay the keys didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk for new keys. Room looked clean at first but later we found someone’s sock in the living area. Room was worn with cracks & broken tile in bathroom. NO microwave, so unable to warm up my breakfast. Sorry but at higher room rate I didn’t expect to also pay for parking & breakfast buffet was also not complimentary. It looked like a regular help yourself buffet.

Pros:

The staff was pleasant and helpful. cookies were great. I gained a pound or two because they definately kept them coming when i asked for them LOL. the layout of the room was odd but it was clean and comfortable. The elevators came fast but i dont know if because it wasnt really packed but it was a plus to get quickly up and down when leaving or going to my room.

Cons:

view was not great. Maybe because we were only put on the 2nd floor. but we didnt really get to see anything. While the view was not great and one of the elevators was acting up during our stay that was not detrimental to our stay just did not add to it either.

Great hotel—we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to everything, very clean and pretty, with a spacious room.

Cons:

The daily parking fee was high, and we had to use the parking deck since the hotel lot was roped off for “game day parking,” even though there were no games that weekend.

Location was great. Cleanliness and no house keeping totally unsatisfactory from what is expected from a Hilton Hotel.

When getting into my bed at the hotel the sheets were soiled with human waste. I went to the front desk and they gave me some sheets to make up my own bed because housekeeping had gone for the day. I expect more from a $600 room and a Hilton. They did comp my parking and offered to pay for breakfast but we had to catch a flight. Still totally unacceptable for the amount we paid for the room.
