Great Value! Fantastic Staff!
Pros:

Location was great! The atmosphere was definitely Kentucky-inspired, and I loved that! The rooms were spacious and clean. The value was incredible. I was worried about having an interior room, but the noise level was minimal. Margot was wonderful at the front desk when I needed assistance. COOP IS THE BEST! He made our stay the best! He needs a raise and a free vacation! We loved his service and attitude, and he made us feel at home while away.

Great hotel but need work
Pros:

Location was great, in the middle of everything we needed

Cons:

The bed was awful, it was like sleeping on a box spring, as if we were sleeping on the floor… we went to the living room and slept on the let out bed… for the amount of money that we paid the beds should be comfortable… also the air conditioner unit sound like a car with no muffler every time it came on it woke us up out of our sleep. This hotel was to nice to have issues like this, the staff was awesome and atmosphere was amazing.

A hidden gem!!
Pros:

We stayed at the DoubleTree Suites in Lexington and it was fabulous! We are ALWAYS impressed in just how clean and immaculate, not only the rooms are, but the hallways and lobbys as well! The staff is always so friendly and kind! And the WARM COOKIES!! YUM!!! What a wonderful touch!

Pros:

Nice clean and updated

Cons:

They charged us an additional fee for parking and incidentals which was not included in the total price given from Booking.com. They are non-refundable and we could not check in without paying them
