There were ants in my room and I believe I was charged for breakfast when it was Included in my plan. The price was hiked because of the race, I wasn't happy about that.
Very spacious, larger than average room sizes compared to other hotels in my opinion. Enjoyed my stay.
I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and professional staff
It was clean and had comfortable mattresses.
The sofa was hard and uncomfortable. When the heater kicked on it was so loud it woke us up every time.
From the very beginning, working with Denise and the hotel staff to secure a block of rooms was a seamless and pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is absolutely wonderful, lots of places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere in the lobby and the complimentary coffee was greatly appreciated.
Check-in with Cheryl was fantastic—she was welcoming, professional, and made everything easy. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The location was also perfect and conveniently close to everything we wanted to do.
Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
Location was great! The atmosphere was definitely Kentucky-inspired, and I loved that! The rooms were spacious and clean. The value was incredible. I was worried about having an interior room, but the noise level was minimal. Margot was wonderful at the front desk when I needed assistance. COOP IS THE BEST! He made our stay the best! He needs a raise and a free vacation! We loved his service and attitude, and he made us feel at home while away.
It was close to restaurants and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location was great, in the middle of everything we needed
The bed was awful, it was like sleeping on a box spring, as if we were sleeping on the floor… we went to the living room and slept on the let out bed… for the amount of money that we paid the beds should be comfortable… also the air conditioner unit sound like a car with no muffler every time it came on it woke us up out of our sleep. This hotel was to nice to have issues like this, the staff was awesome and atmosphere was amazing.
The bathroom was amazing!
The toilet keep getting lose but its okay.
