Great location, Clean and well maintained
Pillows and Bed could have been softer
They had a charger for electric cars.
The lack of cleanliness. The broken furniture (drawers broken). The mini fridge did not stay cold. The room was extremely hot. There was a hole in the air conditioner vent. There were stains on the couch. The bed was uncomfortable to sit on. There was no water in the pool and hot. We asked for a refund and were given the run around. We didn’t stay there! We left ten minutes after arriving!
Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating! Even the cleaning lady asked us if we needed anything extra for our room. Breakfast was also great and loved the view of the golf course. The complete kitchen was really nice with silverware, pans, plates, cups, etc. This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The pillows were not that comfortable. Would have liked them fluffier.
This is a great hotel! The hotel is clean, feels safe, and is generally quiet. Finding a parking spot is a breeze. There are plenty of parking spots. We were able to park close to our room. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. I did not see any vending machines but they do have a small market/pantry where you can purchase snacks. Breakfast is great - a good variety of carbs and proteins along with plenty of seating.
The room itself is spacious. I love having a seating/sofa area where I could read my book and enjoy my morning coffee quietly as my partner snoozed. The TV swivels so that you can watch from either the seating area or the bedroom area. There are a ton of outlets and USB plugs. The bathroom is spacious. The shower has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall. I still don't understand the trend of no shower doors (you walk into the shower and there is a "half door") but somehow, I managed to not soak the rest of the bathroom after my showers. There were plenty of towels for 2 people. The refrigerator is large! Great place!
This complaint is so petty that I hesitate to post it - I only wish there had been more coffee creamers available and better coffee. Other than that, exceptional hotel!
Setting. Breakfast selections.
The room was perfect! The TV swings to face the couch or the bed. The breakfast was just amazing. The staff went above and beyond. So incredibly nice. The pool was very nice. Loved the kitchen in the room.
The bathroom was just a tad bit showing its age?

My only complain would be the breakfast , was very plain not a lot of options other than bread sandwiches, they only had scrambled eggs and bacon on the weekend. I’ve stayed at other Marriott hotels and breakfast had a lot of better options.
It is conveniently located. It was beautiful and homey. The courtyard with the fireplace and fire pit was exceptional. The staff got us a room even though we were early.
The bathroom door falls open.
I had a special request as our gift opening venue feel through and the staff allowed is to use their breakfast area to save the day. Just sad the pool was closed when I wanted to use it.
Lady at check-in desk told me that the only two rooms available were "hearing impaired accessible" and asked if that would be okay - when I asked what the difference was, she stated "just a light on the phone that flashes, everything else is the same." Turns out, not true. Room had a wheel-in shower (water goes everywhere outside the shower and creates a slippery situation) and low-height bed (with a terribly thin mattress that was extremely soft and unsupportive, my back hurt for most of the next day...) Knowing that no other rooms were ready, and with a tired child on our hands, we just dealt with it - but being essentially lied to isn't okay.
So comfortable. Beautiful property right next to everything. Staff was amazing
