Great space and great value for money.
Pros:

The value for money is outstanding. The quality, service, and overall experience are better than expected, and we genuinely receive more than what we paid for. Space was better than most of metropolitan Europe cities.

Cons:

Not even giving the water bottles 😀. I know I shouldn’t be writing this but what if someone suddenly realizing it midnight with kids that there is no water and you are away from market area.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here. A huge thanks to the staff for arranging a very quiet room for me. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, and the value for money is outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!

El lugar muy bonito. La habitación muy cómoda

Cons:

La recepcionista Raida Kandaoui que trabajo el domingo por la mañana es la única persona grosera y racista con la que he tratado en todos mis viajes a Alemania. Me contestó a una petición que le hice para algo de mi esposa, de la forma más grosera y menos humana que he visto. Esas personas no merecen trabajar en un hotel tan bueno como Novotel, ni vivir en un país tan hermoso como Alemania.

Conforme aux attentes mais sans surprise
Pros:

C est une chaîne donc on s attend à ce qu on trouve …

Cons:

Juste des suggestions : on s était enregistré en ligne et il a fallu le refaire à notre arrivée et c était long .
Suggestion au petit dej : des propositions plus healthy ou organic , des smoothies Maison plutôt que des jus chimiques , des latte ou cappuccino maison plutôt qu à la machine .. ce qu on trouve dans des hôtels indépendants et moins onéreux .

Expected more from Novotel brand
Pros:

-Location was not too bad as there was a tram station few metres away
-Room was spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids
-Rewe convenience store near the tram station

Cons:

- No early checking, even though we came after a long flight and with young kids. Checkin policy is understood but if 12pm is the regular check out how come they didnt have rooms until 2pm.
- No eateries around - the reception staff just gave us a brochure to check, they couldnt advise what was close by and which direction to walk towards
- room was smelling and we informed reception but no action
- air condition not cooling (during this heat), there also informed reception but no action
