Cons:

3 uur voor aankomst gevraagd of het mogelijk was eerder in te checken. Op deze vraag werd niet gereageerd met een nee dus gingen wij ervan uit dat er mogelijk een optie was. Daar aangekomen werd aangegeven dat de kamer nog niet klaar is en dat wij om 1430 waarschijnlijk wel kunnen inchecken. Om 1430 was de kamer nog niet klaar. Wij reizen met een kind met autisme dus een goede planning is gewoon noodzakelijk. Om 1500 uur was de kamer nog steeds niet klaar. Pas op het moment dat we de manager wilden spreken werd de kamer vrijgegeven.
Helaas werd er dus door het personeel niet meegedacht en kwam ook niet met een oplossing.
Verder is de parkeergelegenheid niet meteen bij het hotel en heb je een lege koelkast. Dus ook geen water!

Cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Buena ubicación, dispone de servicio de restaurante y coctelería recomendable, habitación y baño de buen tamaño, dispone de espejo de cuerpo entero. Hay un parking en el edificio anexo de fácil acceso.

Cons:

Suelo enmoquetado, la ventana que da a la calle no tiene recorrido para abrirla totalmente.

Pros:

Todo limpio y con entretenimiento para los niños. Además los niños no pagan ni alojamiento ni desayuno, con lo cual, si viajas en familia, te sale a cuenta.

Cons:

Está en una zona de negocios y si vas en festivo o fin de semana, está desierto. Cerca del centro, pero hasta que llegas está todo vacío, sin actividad

Fantastic restaurant and bar attached to hotel and close to tram stop.

Airconditioned hotel room with a great restaurant and bar. Close to tram line so easy to get to the airport.

Location was abit far away from the centre and the price was a bit expensive for an outdated room.

limpieza, ubicación, fuimos a pie a todas partes excepto ala ciudad del vino, pero el tranvía estaba a 5 mn.
Habitación y cama grandes. Muy bien insonorizado. Grifo de agua fría en recepción para rellenar las botellas. muy buen aire acondicionado.
Acceso directo del parking publico al hotel.

Cons:

No había frigorífico en la habitación y el wc estaba separado del baño, hay que pasar de uno a otro para lavarte.
La bañera es alta y algo incómoda.
