Not what we have been used to at Novotel.
Cons:

Room not ready when we wanted it to be. Very girl on reception when we arrived and hospitality tray sadly lacking. Plus, only one extra pillow in the room

Pros:

Good location, walking distance to the center, parking garage next to the hotel, friendly staff.

Cons:

I get a room designed for people with disabilities. The bathroom was very inconvenient for me.

Buenísima elección
Pros:

Súper buena ubicación, cerca del centro caminando, pero en una zona más tranquila.
La comodidad de la habitación para una familia de 4 y la variedad de áreas comunes.

Cons:

No hemos podido regular el aire acondicionado y se sentía muy calurosa la habitación.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Excellent food, great breakfast, clean and a 2 minute walk to tram . Excellent location .

Cons:

One lift not working but only a minor inconsistence!

Pros:

The hotel Location allows you to reach the city center in gee minutes by foot.

Cons:

The bed covers were dirty, with red stains, and even though we asked the staff to change them, they didn't, despite they said yes.
In the bathroom, there were hairs on the soaps in the shower.
Despite my request for a king-size bed, and despite having paid for that type of bed, upon arrival, I found two single beds side by side, even though the staff responded to my messages and assured me they would provide me with a king-size bed.
The staff was not able to satisfy our request.
