Pros:

Good location close to a tram stop that connects to the airport and easily walkable into town as the cathedral is minutes away. Clean, nice smelling shower gels and friendly staff that made the check in process very easy and swift.

Pros:

Je suis aide soignante et j’emmenais mon patient pour un rdv médical.Cela fait deux ans que je fais la demande d’avoir les chambres communicantes car mon patient a une maladie mentale,on me dit pas de soucis Je réserve dans cette hôtel car c’est le seul qui propose cela à Bordeaux .Je réserve 6mois avant et quand j’arrive je n’ai pas cette chambre .cela fais deux fois .je ne reviendrai plus .

La décoration était très originale et il y avait une bonne ambiance au bar

Cons:

Nous regrettons l’absence de boissons dans le minibar, l’absence de coton et de coton-tige et de petits éléments dans la salle de bain, que l’on trouve habituellement dans les Novotel… Nous n’avons pas compris. En revanche, on nous tenons à préciser que nous avons trouvé la qualité du petit déjeuner scandaleuse. 20 € nous n’avons rien mangé. Les œufs durs étaient congelés, les œufs brouillés étaient pâtes et mélangés avec une substance gélatineuse n’avait pas le goût d œufs , il n’y avait pas de jus de fruit frais, il n’y avait pas de lait végétal. Le pain était sec. La salade de fruits, il y avait des morceaux de trognon, de pommes à l’intérieur, !!! Une catastrophe indigne des Novotel.
