Un établissement que je recommande.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Large choix et pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Le jour du départ, il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude. Je n’ai donc pas pu me laver. Dysfonctionnement qui a été signalé à la réception mais pas un mot d’excuse ou geste commercial.

Belle halte pour une escapade bordelaise
Pros:

- Emplacement de l'hôtel, proche des transports publics (notamment le tram F amenant directement à l'aéroport), du centre-ville et des différents quartiers/points d'intérêt.
- La gentillesse des quelques membres du personnel avec lesquels j'ai eu contact
- Le confort de la chambre, sa propreté et le calme (même lors de la soirée du réveillon du 31 décembre où j'ai dû me coucher tôt pour mon vol, il y avait les basses de la musique mais j'aurais pensé être plus dérangée que cela).
- Le petit-déjeuner : proposition de différents produits salés/sucrés

Cons:

Si je vais dans les détails et pour un hôtel de ce standing:
- Une partie de la literie qui s'était ramollie et qui n'était pas top pour le dos
- Les œufs brouillés du petit-déjeuner, très très brouillés, si je puis dire ainsi, mais globalement je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
