We stayed in a family room 117.
One of the beds wasn't straight. It was at a slant, very weird position as the floor was very uneven. The aircon was leaking, and the TV wasn't working.

Reasonable value for money
Pros:

Handy location, price was right, but it was a bit noisy and I have stayed there a few times now and the restaurant is still not open. :-(

地理位置不错，去哪都是步行20分钟以内的路程！包括码头、吃饭、大型超市！
工作人员也很热情！可以帮忙预定出租车！
另外，澳洲的所有酒店几乎都没有瓶装饮用水提供，这家在大堂有提供饮用水和咖啡的服务，对于带父母的家庭来说太需要了！
原本看其他评论说酒店没有电梯，这次是带父母来所以提前申请了一楼的房间，也得到了酒店的确认。但其实酒店是有电梯的，希望这一信息对以后的住客能有帮助！

Cons:

在预定出租车的时候原本想预定5点，但经过讨论后告诉前台预约5:15的吧，但是不知道是哪个环节出现了沟通问题最后酒店还是给约了5点的出租，导致我们5:15到前台后出租车已经走了。还好最后打到了Uber，没有耽误飞机行程。以后如果可以的话是否可以出租预定成功后告诉客人一下已经预定完成时间是几点，以防止时间上的不一致。
因为凯恩斯是雨季，所以房间会少许有点霉味，这个也能理解！如果以后可以放一些除湿袋在房间衣柜里可能会更好！

Not worth the money
Pros:

Entrance garden half dead-very uninviting. Old couches and VERY OLD pillows in the foyer LOOK SUPER SLACK. Rooms quiet. No parking is a deal breaker. Not good value for money

Nice but old
Pros:

We spent two nights here. Initially advised our room was not prepaid. We returned later and spoke with a new person at reception named Kelly Ann. She quickly resolved the issue which made us feel much better. The room was small but clean. No USB outlets.

Overall excellent stay for us.
Pros:

Overall we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room very clean and comfortable. For us the location was excellent, close to shops and the esplanade. We found the hotel and area quiet at night.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of storage area for your clothes.
For example, the addition of bedside cabinets with drawers could have utilised that particular wasted space.
