Location.
Breakfast nothing like advertised - 1 small tray of fruit, small packets of cereal and no buffet.
Aircon could not be less than 24degrees.
Not noise proof and room looking over Avis rental yard - could hear carwash all day.
When 'checked out' was not asked about stay or if I needed taxi.
Evans on the front reception. Easy to talk to, lot of fun, easy on the eyes!
There was not enough kitchen facilities. I felt like I was constantly asking for tea, coffee and sugar. Empty the bin every day. I think a simple toaster would be nice. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were hard and flat...a bit dated.
Great location close to the CBD
Limited parking available however it appeared to be pretty secure
I booked a second stay as my first stay the previous month was perfect. This time the noise coming from the bathroom vent was a continuous high level with no off switch. Surely the cleaning lady would notify management of this (room 112).
The beds are comfortable; the room was clean and the Irish lady on reception was just lovely. There is also a pleasant space in reception you can sit and do business with fresh water, tea and coffee.
Central location.
Low quality. It's had a paint job but doesn't mask the mouldy tiles in shower, poor quality fittings (e.g. broken slats on wardrobe doors, filthy balcony chairs that you can't sit on). Dirty skirting in bathrooms, clearly not cleaned. Undersized AC units for the rooms.
Expensive for a very poor quality.
The vibe was very welcoming
Polite and courteous Staff
Cleanliness in the balcony
Great room and location. The vibe of the place was awesome.
Nothing to add.
Location, central to everything.
The staff were very friendly and accomadating
There was no onsite parking, but there were free options available, just a short walk
Staff and location were good.
We stayed in a family room 117.
One of the beds wasn't straight. It was at a slant, very weird position as the floor was very uneven. The aircon was leaking, and the TV wasn't working.
