Cons:

Το πρόγευμα. Αν το πω φτωχό, θα είναι λίγο. Ταξιδεύω πάνω από 30 χρόνια σε όλα τα μήκη της γης και ήταν το μόνο πρόγευμα χωρίς τυρί και αλλαντικά. Για ξενοδοχείο της Accor, ήταν απογοήτευση!!!

House keeping didn't clean our room, they only left fresh towels..also when I came back to my room the door wasn't shut properly after house keeping left.

The location is great with access to close by restaurants. Our room was very good with a lot of space and room for suitcases etc.

Pros:

The receptionist was lovely and helpful, the room clean and tidy, and a comfy bed. Unfortunately the lighting in our room was very poor, and we couldn't read after dark, especially in bed. Also the shelf arrangement where the condiments were was extremely difficult to access, as the shelves were too close and I had to squat to see in the bottom one where the jug and plugs were.

Lovely spot, nice bright interior. Helpful staff. Very clean.
Pros:

I loved the blue accents on the walls, cupboards etc. It made it feel like a real holiday by the water even without water views. Staff very attentive and helpful. It felt like an oasis.

Cons:

I would have loved facilities to wash my clothes.

Walking distance to the Esplanade and centrally located. Good air conditioning and working well.

Cons:

Very disappointed that there was only 2 carparks for guests and this was NOT mentioned on their booking page. Guests were told to park in the street. Room rate was given but no mention that when the Marathon was on that the room rate increased by nearly $100 per night and only found this out after we had left and was charged. Only very basic amenities. A biscuit would have been appreciated. Fridge not working properly.
