Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet very disappointing. Not even near closing time and almost everything was out and not being refilled.

Enjoyable and relaxing being looked after well.

The view. Location next to car hire and laundromat.

Cons:

The freezer didn’t work. We only seen the second fridge when we left as it was hidden in a cupboard. Nowhere to dry swimwear. No toaster.

wewe were disapointed in all with this hotel, the staff on reception were very good.
Pros:

there were no bedside lights in the room, huge problem, the breakfast was very diapointing as many things had run out and were not being replaced quickly so 1 brekki then bought our owm

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Perfect spot for our needs, bed was comfy. Facilities were nice. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Aquarium is a 2 min walk away. Ocean is 2 blocks away, everything is walking distance.

Friendly, convenient hotel in central Cairns.
Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location for attending performances at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre, which was the main reason for my visit, but also for other Cairns attractions like the Aquarium, Art Gallery, Museum, and the Esplanade and marina for boat trips. I had a ground floor room on Florence Street, which was fine and I slept well. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower door was waterproof - no puddles on the floor! A big bouquet to the hotel's staff, who were consistently courteous, friendly and helpful - reception, restaurant and cleaning. A selection of drinks and snacks can be purchased from reception.

Cons:

The rooms could be enhanced by providing a drawer or two and stronger bedside reading lamps. I'd also suggest providing toilet brushes, to help guests keep their toilets clean.

The location was perfect for our requirements. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Cons:

The internet/modem facilities are poor. The connection wasn't stable. This seemed to be better towards the end of our stay. In room 302, the room door was not fitting properly in the doorframe and had to be forced closed. I reported this late in my stay, but it would need a significant repair job.
The toilet seat was significantly 'off base', but I didn't report this until checkout.

Pros:

Location and property was ok.

Cons:

The toilet broke, the maintenance man couldn’t fix it. I had no toilet for 14/15hours and when the plumber came, the maintenance man spoke badly about the ‘guest’ which was me to the plumber. Unfortunately for the maintenance man I heard him. The staff never addressed my issues only to offer me a ‘six pack’. I emailed looking to speak with management but was again completely ignored… horrendous service.

Cons:

Το πρόγευμα. Αν το πω φτωχό, θα είναι λίγο. Ταξιδεύω πάνω από 30 χρόνια σε όλα τα μήκη της γης και ήταν το μόνο πρόγευμα χωρίς τυρί και αλλαντικά. Για ξενοδοχείο της Accor, ήταν απογοήτευση!!!
