Pros:

Clean..good location

Cons:

Counter who working at the evening shift doesn't know what she supposed to do..
I have a reservation with booking.com and paid already 1 month ahead but she double booked and paid double ..
I I refunded when I was check out but during I stay I wasn't uncomfortable..

Good hotel for a short stay!
Pros:

The building and room were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The shower head was old and made a constant “weeee” noise when having the water turned on. Also, if you have the AC working, the unit in the room is extremely loud, one of the loudest I’ve heard.

I would come back--the price was reasonable and the room/facilities nice enough.
Pros:

The location was good for my getting around to the events I was handling. My room was quiet. Everyone was friendly enough.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned after my first night. Thus, when I awakened the second morning, I was not able to make a cup of coffee (which was used the prior morning).

Pros:

I only had one issue I asked for the room to be cleaned.And when the maid did come up, all she did was hand me some clean towels at the door and ask me if I could give her the dirty towels. i'm not sure why these marriott bonvoy hotels have their own concept of maid service. She didn't come in to change sheets. Also, the front desk told me to leave any garbage outside in the hallway. Which I did.

Pros:

The entrance in the front of the hotel is completely updated however, the carpets, rooms and the rest of the hotel is not as nice. The elevator (1?) stinks so badly I was shocked. The staff was great, amenities were adequate, bed is comfortable, etc otherwise making it a good value.
