The location was good for going anywhere close and far.
The receptionist ‘Anne’ was super rude in terms of her behaviour and sharing information. This type of person should not be in the customer service. I would like to personally complain about her to the manager. She would not share anything regarding the process and ways to operate things while you stay. Once you insert your card on their POS machine, you are all on your own. We didn’t know that we had to punch the room key to a particular area to operate the elevator. Also there was a false fire alarm went off during our last night stay. All the people came outside in the windy weather. The hotel management were not even sorry for that, and there was no compensation for that disturbance. I had one 4 yo toddler and 4 months old infant which i har to carry on lap to come downstairs from floor 5. With the kids i wanted to have the rooms cleaned everyday but when i asked to another receptionist, she said i could have told that when i checked in. Once i checked in, it has to be done every other day. With the reviews and good reputation, this service was not expected at all.

Everything was fine but as with all hotels would love quieter room doors as a lot of people just let them slam shut
