Very good the stay

Hotel muito bom no geral. Localização boa, café da manhã bem completo, quarto que ficamos era ótimo, estávamos em quatro, eram dois quartos mais dois banheiros, excelentes! A única queixa se fosse para pontuar, seria a acústica do quarto que não era tão boa, mas não nos incomodou.

Well located at short distance of restaurants, stores and places to visit. Good service, clean and comfortable room.

Checking in was good. Now the negative. A/C turned off second day, 3rd day family got sick and A/C not working decided to leave. Spoke to some other guests leaving stated A/C also did not work for them. Spoke to Javier for checking out and started since I booked it though hotels. Com they cannot give me a credit for the 2 days remaining, asked him why A/ C not working said customer complained so they turned it off for the whole building, so a lot of customers with no A/C. Picture of breakfast buffet is 2yrs old not what we got, deceiving! Shower flooding they came quickly to fix. Not fixed. Toilet wax from snake to fix shower. I'll include pictures. Wooden floors were distorted due to water damage hard on feet that's how I found out about not cleanliness. Trying to load pictures. Not working 😕 of floors and dirty rooms x2

La atencion fue excelente, se ocuparon de atender todas nuestras necesidades, el desayuno muy rico y completo, la habitación con mucho espacio, limpia y muy comoda.

Nice retro feeling hotel, convenient area

Nadia at the front desk is great! I don't find good front desk girls often (Tial is also good). It was a nice room and in a good location.

The staff were wonderful that always helps when staying at a hotel. They help when we had problems with our Uber driver. They also assisted when we had issues with the TV. Friendly and quick.
The lifts are small and only fit 2 of us and our luggage. The rest of our travelling party caught a different lift. No big deal.
The breakfast room is modern and clean. The food was okay.
The room was a disappointment. It was big like in the pictures. The bathroom was not the best. We put things on the shelves and counter and they ended up stained. Its a wet area and they have painted these surfaces and the colour transfered to anything left on these services. The room is dark and tired not what we expected for a park royal. It was okay but would stay some where else if back in town.

Other than an excellent hotel in a very central area, I was impressed by a very attentive staff.

Was dazzled by the hotel presenting a lovely cake to my son when we came down for breakfast on his birthday. All they had to go on was his date of birth during registration - wow!

We stayed for 8 nights in between Nov and Dec of 2024. The location cannot be better. You have everything you need within walking distance. I did not feel unsafe at any point (not that bad things don't happen). The staff is very professional. I wish I didn't have to pay for early check-in but the rules are the rules. We had a family room, more like a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. The 'living room' had a pull out couch and a dining table, a fridge, microwave, dishes, cups, etc. The room was clean and modern. Comfortable beds. The TVs were a bit cumbersome to work but we were able to log into our Netflix account for the kids. The bathrooms were clean and the water had great pressure. There is a store in the corner open 24-hrs so you can always get water, snacks, beer, etc. There is a supermarket across the street as well. Plenty of restaurants in the area, bars, bakeries, etc. If you rent a car, there is Parking on the same block for $20 USD per night. In general, we couldn't be any happier. Will definitely be back.

Did not find the hotel rooms and amenities very good. Quite basic breakfast (no fruit at all) and staff was cordial but sometimes not very helpful. Rooms and gym areas should have some more thought as to providing water, towels etc.
The hotel is conveniently located in the area and quite walkable.

Quarto horrível.

This hotel was conveniently located near the Obelisk and many attractions. There is also a convenience store in the corner where we were able to buy drinks and snacks each day.

The price is great and the Amabassador Suite we got had 2 tv’s, 2 microwaves, a mini fridge, 2 bathrooms… perfect for families. Sure, the bathrooms can use a bit of updating and there was a bit of a sewage smell in the shower but overall it was good.

A nice breakfast with many pastries, eggs, ham and cheese, and fruits is included. All the staff I encountered from the front desk to the breakfast room to the housekeepers were nice and helpful. They even surprised me with a little cake on my birthday.

Highly recommended!
