Hotel excelente Cómodo Habitación grande Bien iluminada .Café en cápsulas de cortesía. Thays en recepción extraordinaria Habla español y es muy amable Desayuno excelente. Fue mi cumpleaños y me hicieron una torta con velas para mi ( mi esposa lo había pedido a nuestra llegada) Saxofonista en el desayuno tocando el feliz cumpleaños !! Genial
Restaurante espectacular Platos riquísimos y muy bien presentados Muy buena atención y pudimos cenar hasta las 23 horas En la zona de recepción hay plantas enormes y arreglos florales preciosos Hay una fuente y un piano. Todo muy bello

La amabilidad y preocupación de las personas, la comida muy deliciosa y siempre variada, terminamos comiendo todos los días en el hotel.
La limpieza impecable.
Volvería sin dudas.

Os apartamentos do UP FLOOR são excelentes, reformados, com automação e muito conforto. Ainda possuem a opção do café da manhã a la carte em um restaurante exclusivo, tudo de excelente qualidade. Todos os funcionários do hotel são educados e cordiais. Excelente equipe.
