Het hotel op zich was weinig mis mee, maar als ik aan het eind 16% meer moet betalen dan de rekening aangeeft en ze mij niet kunnen uitleggen waar die 16% ineens vandaan komt, dan voel ik mij bestolen. Personeel geeft mijn bank en/of mastercard de schuld. Dat kan niet waar zijn. Ik heb het bij Booking.com gemeld en die gaan het uitzoeken. Ik voel mij hoe dan ook bestolen.

Cons:

Zie hierboven. Tegenwoordig moet ik overal een QR code scannen. Prima, dan kun je toch ook heel gemakkelijk zorgen, dat je menu up to date is. Dat bleek voor de wijn in ieder geval niet te kloppen. De eerste avond was de fles die we uitgezocht hadden, niet voorradig. We gingen akkoord met een alternatief. Een andere avond wilden we een glas sauvignon blanc. Uitverkocht. Alternatief dat niet op de kaart stond,gesccepteerd, maar bij de afrekening bleek die 35 in plaats van 25 real te kosten. Dat accepteerden we niet. Dat begreep de ober maar het kostte heel veel moeite om dat bedrag omlaag te krijgen. Tja, het zijn de kleine dingen, die ertoe doen.

Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt am Strand und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer ist gut augestattet mit Dusche mit Druck.

Cons:

Die Englisch Kenntnisse sind sehr beschränkt. Aber mit Händen und Füssen machbar.
Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse eher bescheiden.
Der Pool ist sehr klein und die Fitnessgeräde sind in die Jahre gekommen.
