Great views and the hotel was exceptionally nice. The front desk staff was great! Alaize was very hospitable as well as welcoming! The bartender was recognized for his prompt service and noted skills while being observed. I believe his name was Steven :)
After parking in the parking lot, there needs to be visible signs that says, "This way to the hotel lobby" , "This way to the elevator." For first-time hotel guests, we exited the parking lot and got completely turned around. Our friend had to come and get us as we could not find our way back to the hotel.
The breakfast was great, I ordered more towels and it was on time, lobby always clean and welcoming.
We went in October so we couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was cold. But it was clean and available.

The Location is awesome and Breakfast was good. Also Victor is the nicest person at the Hotel with a big smile, along with another two guys in from the front desk in the afternoon shift and the other one works in housekeeping.
The room was old, bed wasn’t comfortable and the shower had mold. Furniture in the room was old and the sofa really hard. Elevators were very slow and old, good thing there is 3.
