Rude inconsiderate cleaning staff
Pros:

The maid knocked on the door multiple times while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. After a late night, being woken up early in the morning, with a do no disturb sign on the door was very frustrating. Then the maide came back several hours later to yet again knock on the door while the do not disturb sign was still on the door. Check out was at 12 pm confirmed both through the booking details and the desk agent. The maid lied and said check out was at 11 after being asked multiple times why she was knocking. No apology was given by the maid. I have never encountered that before while a do not disturb sign was on the door. Clearly that maid needs an attitude adjustment and or better training.

Very comfortable and clean, great staff.
Pros:

We were initially placed in a room next to the road that was very noisy, the staff were great in helping us move for a more comfortable stay. Breakfast was good.

It could have been better.
Pros:

Location was good. Food from the bar was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Most of the staff was extremely rude… there were a couple that were nice.
We asked to have our room cleaned twice and it was never cleaned period. One of the cleaning ladies came to our door and gave us towels and took the dirty ones. Nor did they take the trash for the entire stay.

My stay was very uncomfortable and Unpleasant
Pros:

The parking was included, and the hotel was in walking distance on a lot of places and eateries

Cons:

The room at Hyatt Place Buckhead was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and did not resemble the photos advertised online, making it feel like false advertising. The stained carpet, dusty furniture, worn furnishings, uncomfortable bed and flat pillows, and tiny bathroom made for a very disappointing stay, especially considering the price and location. I expected much better from a Hyatt property in Buckhead and would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, easy check-in, very clean facility, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Staff didn't advise what floor level to exit the parking garage to find the hotel. That would save guests from having to walk around aimlessly with heavy bags.
