Pros:

location, location, location. This hotel sits at one of the best places in Florence - you can walk to almost everywhere and feels very safe even late at night. The rooms are nice.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Lovely staff, incredible artwork and a great roof terrace for breakfast and apperativo

Cons:

The air con could have gone cooler. This is not a complaint, it has air con and it works, but I need a cold from to sleep.

The location, staff, and room were are excellent.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that on our first night, the AC was not working properly. It was much cooler in the hallway than in our room, but we notified the staff in the middle of the night and they brought us a fan and fixed it.

Bardzo fajny hotel, chętnie tam wrócę.
Pros:

Bardzo fajny pomysł i realizacja na zagospodarowanie części wspólnych sztuką. Przyjemny taras. Idealna lokalizacja. Przemiły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Mała i średnio wygodna łazienka. Dodatkowo wymagająca już remontu. Jakość kilku elementów wykończenia w moim pokoju odstaje standardem od całej reszty.
