Value for money and pleasant stay
Pros:

Be aware, the Hotel is situated a 15min bus ride from main Rome attractions. Bus stop is 5 minute walk from hotel. The Hotel is set back from a busy main road in an old house-type building so the rooms are all slightly different in layout. Ours had twin beds and a pull down bed which came down from the wardrobe. High ceilings and neutral decoration. TV with Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube etc so bring your login details and remember to log out again before you leave! Rooms were satisfactorily clean and serviced daily with fresh towels. Floor was carpeted so if you’re like me and germ-phobic bring some slippers. Large window with external shutters meant we could keep the room well ventilated day and night. Bathroom was tiny but amenities were all there. Shower is in a cabinet so a bit of a tight squeeze if you are “larger”. One downside was in our 3 night stay, we were only given 2 toilet rolls, and had to ask for more at reception (slightly embarrassing)…Overall the staff were friendly and approachable and spoke good English. We left our luggage in a storage room before checking in and after check out although we could see there was no lock on the door and no ticket-system so potentially someone else could just take your luggage and no one would challenge it! We didn’t have any food at the hotel but there is a dining room serving breakfast as well as a communal type lounge area. All in all, we would return here as the price was very reasonable and made up for the journey to and from the centre of Rome.

Неможливо залишити машину на парковці навіть на годину після виїзду з номеру хоча паркова була абсолютно порожня - мінус дві зірки.

Thanks for a great stay
Pros:

Had a great weekend stay at the hotel. Comfortable bed and fresh towels everyday and a made bed by the service staff. Hotel located in an ideal spot just €20 euro in a taxi to the main attractions.
Could do with better lighting and surface space in the bathroom. And a full length mirror in the bedroom.
Breakfast was full of variety and Beaudelaire and the staff were happy and polite.
Thank you for an amazing time.

Hidden gem family friendly
Pros:

Lovely welcome we were taken a short walk around the corner to an apartment building we stayed in room 603 there was a vending machine outside in a communal area which was handy the room clean spacious and we had a fridge and safe supermarket 5 minute walking distance also restaurants nearby and metro a 10 minute walk from the hotel taxi from termini was 9 euro breakfast was fresh and a good choice overall a great hotel would return grazie mille

Hotel Review: Rose Garden Hotel

We had a great experience staying at Rose Garden Hotel . The location is excellent—just a short distance from Rome Termini station and only a brief bus ride into the heart of the city, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were both professional and friendly, striking a perfect balance. They were also incredibly helpful, offering advice and thoughtful recommendations for some great local restaurants, which really added a personal touch to the stay.

We were located in the main hotel building, and the room was very good. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, and we appreciated having a fridge and a safe. The only small drawback was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom, which would have been helpful when getting ready.

The continental breakfast had plenty of variety, and once again, we couldn’t fault the staff—they were consistently excellent. I also really liked the fact that you could bring in your own food and drinks and enjoy them in the little courtyard, which was a lovely, relaxed touch.

Unfortunately, I accidentally brought the bottle opener home with me—though that just gives me the perfect excuse to return it on our next visit! We’ll definitely be back next year.

Pros:

We had the best time visiting Rome for the first time ever! Our hotel was lovely, clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating, one member of staff - Mario went above and beyond to make our trip even better, he was very kind and he would tell us the best places to go for food. Kindness goes a long way and Mario we thank you for your hospitality and we will be back VERY soon :)

Hidden gem
Pros:

We were booked to stay in the annexe but to our surprise we were actually in the hotel. It was a lovely hotel with lovely outdoor seating and outdoor area for breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. We felt very comfortable here after only one day. Rooms were clean and tidy and room service was great. Will definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

Scam hotel, Detrimental to our holiday experience.
Pros:

I booked a stay at Rome Garden Hotel expecting the rooms and facilities shown on their website. Instead, upon arrival we were taken to a completely different hotel five minutes away, with significantly poorer quality rooms and no resemblance to the advertised pictures.

The room was tiny, uncomfortable, and we ended up covered in bites after our stay. Breakfast was not even on-site—we had to walk down the road each morning just to get it.

When I raised these issues, the staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. Their excuse was that because their website says “double or twin dependance,” they are allowed to move guests into any other property, regardless of its quality or amenities. This is misleading at best and feels like a deliberate scam.

Nothing matched what was advertised, and the experience was far below even basic expectations. Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel.

Su Booking non è scritto da nessuna parte che avrei dovuto pagare il parcheggio addirittura 20 euro per una notte, ma anzi, tutto faceva pensare che sarebbe stato incluso nel prezzo dato che era riportato insieme agli "Accessori" delle camere come il wifi, il bar, ecc... La trasparenza su queste cose dovrebbe essere alla base.

Daughter and Father Trip and sight seeing

The hotel was a pleasure to visit and stay I was not in the main building but where I was like Romeo and Juliet, Picture perfect. The gardens was beautiful and watered daily. The room was lovely and had air conditioning that was amazing in August. The bathroom shower was powerful and the bathroom and room was very clean. Breakfast had a large selection and was very fresh and tasty.
The staff mad our stay, they was so helpful and full of knowledge of Rome. They was one gentleman a Sicilian man who works on front desk was extremely polite and very friendly and approachable he went above and beyond for me and my father. He advised on great locations to eat and even was helping use with our pronunciation of our Italian. He was so happy and deserves a medal with me and my fathers map reading. The other staff was also very welcoming and extremely polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here great for travel and local shops, we would definitely visit again.
